Omg Devin was such a sweetheart. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about literally every question I had. He gave me the rundown on the services and breakdown of the prices. He even put my mind at ease when it came to being able to afford their services. They are a bit pricey, though.. not gonna lie. Lol. Cost a pretty penny, but Devin explained how customers are always regarded by the company. Champion puts their customers first and understand family and cost of living. I appreciated the advice and his thorough diagnosis. My house already feels much cooler and WAY more comfortable.. I definitely plan on becoming a member if my husband is on board. Thanks again Devin. You're the best! (:

Very great plumbing experience with Brad gave a lot of good knowledge on some old pipes used on houses back in the day and helped repair my bad water lines

The install crew were very professional, cautious and friendly. A good team effort was shown and had allot of respect for my home. They worked until done with no breaks or issues.

Fast service and professional, but the cost was 3x more than what I expected. And they wanted to upsell me a completely new furnace, even though they could fix the current one. Just to replace the small capacitor (which arguably they didn’t need to do) it was $129 extra!! Then after everything was working fine they wanted to replace the control unit for $600! But I turned that offer down. I’ll probably shop around for better prices, but if I need something done the same day, I’ll plan on spending 3x again for their professional services.

I live in a 60 year old house. Russell guided me to a cost effective solution for replacing all of the supply plumbing in my crawl space plus installation of a new water heater. He and Tom completed the work ahead of schedule and were super sweet to my goofy rescue dog! I'll definitely use them again!

My technician Steve Moore was knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a few recommendations that were needed. No pressure tactics used. Would definitely use champion again.
