It was a simple fill valve replacement and the cost was $464. This is outrageous. The part costs less than $20 retail and it took him 15 minutes. I will not call you again.

I've been with USS for about 2 years. They've been coming out to do my biannual HVAC maintenance. The technicians are always very nice. This time I had them come out for a plumbing issue. I was not prepared to repair what ended up being the problem. Upon inspecting the toilets, he found that the parts inside of the tank of both of my toilets needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, I didn't know I could replace them myself for around $70 total. I ended up paying $600 for 2 toilet rebuilds and I feel like it's because I was an easy target.

Service was performed on 10/25/2022 by Matthew Rodriquez. He performed the inspection of the system in an efficient manner and explained all findings in a easy to understand manner. He appeared to be thorough and I have complete confidence in his work. Appears to be an exemplary employee.

My A/C quit working so I called them up and they were able to get a service tech out to us quite rapidly. Devin showed up and immediately trouble shooted the issue and had a solution within minutes. He walked me through the issue and presented me with multiple options to get cold air blowing again. He wasted no time completing the repair and had the unit up and running again in no time. USS originally installed the unit and we've never thought about calling anyone else for our HVAC needs. Their service is second to none and they actually care about the quality of work they provide.

Brent (HVAC), Frank (Electrician) and Andrew (Plumber) were all were all super friendly. They were all provided helpful and clear explanations.
