After 2 failed attempts from local HVAC companies to come and diagnose my ac issues, Champion had someone at my house by 5 on the same day I called after the other 2 failed to show. Vitaly was the service tech and was top notch in everything he did from the moment he stepped out of his truck. Definitely need these guys on speed dial and take advantage of their maintenance program if you live in an older house like I do.

I called Champion after the gas company’s meter picked up a little natural gas around our water heater and furnace. It wasn’t “emergency” level so I wasn’t in a huge rush, but they were able to sent Andrew out first thing then next morning.

He called ahead, got to my house on time, and got right to work. I appreciated that he listened to me when I was describing what had been seen/smelled and where the problem might be. He pinpointed the issues quickly and kept me informed as to what he was going to do to fix them (and what it would cost - which is nice to know up front!). He fixed two small gas leaks in an hour or less, triple-checked that there were no other leaks that could be identified, and left my house safe and gas-leak free. Cost was reasonable given what needed to be done as well.

This was the first time I’ve used Champion, but based on how easy this was, I’d highly recommend them!

I used this service to come out to my home in Greenville South Carolina. The technician was late but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was being my ac was under warranty I had to cover labor. They told me they could charge me $110 for the part from them or $100
To go down the street to get the part so it basically was smart to go with theirs. From the moment the technician arrived and departed he was at my home for 28 minutes. I saw him from my home security camera install the part in minutes and I was charged

For labor, $50 for coming out, $110 for the small part. Total was $417.

I texted the number back to tell them no and ask them to help me understand why this is so much and then they had already left. I told them I couldn’t afford and they said they could come back to remove the part and charge me $50 for coming out. I declined and paid because I didn’t want my AC damaged. I can not recommend them for that. I felt like i was scammed and I even asked the representative on the phone what if my system needs to be drained or it’s something simple she said it would only be $50 service fee. A simple part was replaced and I was charged a huge fee.

I am not exaggerating when I say Russel did an absolutely magnificent job. He went above and beyond with fixing and replacing the leaking pipes. I have nothing but appreciation for him and the company. Incredibly clean work and quick. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well. Thank you so much for everything.

Constantine, informed me he was the technician and he was on the way. He detected the problem and determined it was under warranty and fixed the pipe. He ensured the pipe was completely repaired, and checked the system and covered and cleaned up. A superior technician with a wealth of knowledge. A very personable young man. Highly Recommended!!!

Steve was knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly determined the cause of the AC failure and resolved it, performed necessary maintenance, and instructed me on potential follow up and regular maintenance. All around excellent service

Andrew did an outstanding job for us today. He even followed up with us later the same day, on short notice, and made a second visit just to ensure things were "the way he'd have wanted things done if it were his home". Great service and pricing.

Brad was very professional and informative. He was able to get to our house the same day we called, assessed the problem and worked up a few choices for our repair. He gave us an estimate and said he would be back the next day for repairs. He showed up the next, on time, and replumbed the entire crawl-space and installed a new water heater. The final bill was exactly what the estimate said. This was a big for one person and he knocked it out in one day. Great service!

Russel and his partner were very thorough in the assessment of the job. I felt very confident about their knowledge and besides that they were very kind. I would recommend their services at anytime.
