Our brand new furnace broke down. Called Upstate Service Solutions and Champion Comfort Experts.
The service technician Devin Burris came to our house on time. He was able to determine the issue very fast. He tried everything and went above and beyond to get the spare part. Great experience and great job of Devin. Will definitely recommend USS and CCE to friends.

Andrew Wilkerson was right on time and listened to my water pipe problem, checked underneath my house for leaks other than the one my friend had found for me under my front deck. He did give me a quote for the repairs & also sent it to my email for me to look over. I already knew I had galvanized pipes under my house & Andrew confirmed that for me. However, I'm a disabled senior and on a very low fixed income & I just didn't have any way to pay for the replacement pipes under my house. The company does have financing but I couldn't afford another bill. With all that being said, I highly recommend this company because they are punctual, professional & understanding to my situation.

Since I had a great experience the last time I worked with Upstate Service Solutions, I called them for service when I noticed that my HVAC unit was icing up. Although it still seemed to be heating the house without issues, I wanted to get a head of it so I didn't end up without heat in the middle of winter. Champion Comfort (I guess there is now a partnership or subcontracting?) came out promptly which was great, and according to their evaluation, several major repairs were needed because the compressor was going bad and some other smaller items were deficient and needed to be replaced. Even before the evaluation, the technician was alluding that the unit was old and given the age, the compressor was the most likely issue but a new unit was recommended since mine was over 12 years old. The quote to fix the existing unit was several thousand dollars and the tech left with the recommendation to have a specialist come out and quote a new unit.

I was pretty concerned because that was a lot of money to fix a unit that seemed to be running OK so I called for a second opinion from another HVAC specialist who had been highly recommended to me and according to his evaluation, none of the items Champion Comfort flagged as issues are a problem and the unit is running fine.

I feel like the tech who came out was pushing a new unit before he even completed his evaluation and I could have spent thousands to repair or replace a unit that is not broken if I just went on their recommendation. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company and their service is no longer the high quality that I experienced a few years ago.

These guys are great! I called when my AC unit stopped blowing cold air. They had a rep out within hours who fixed the unit very quickly and who was extremely respectful and efficient. I highly recommend Upstate Service Solutions and will certainly call them again next time I need service.

Robert And Mason was both nice I would use you for plumbing or air or electrical work again and I wii recommend you to anybody that need help .thanks again for having such caring workersI would tate them both with a 10+ star.
