Dean Burns and Steven Glenn got everything done that I needed at a fair price. Very professional, fast and great workmanship. I will be calling them for now on for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend Staten Plumbing.

As with any home that's getting older things have to be replaced. We had to have both our toilets replaced 2 weeks ago. One was leaking and caused our water bill to go up a lot. Chris G. came out to diagnose the problem. Told me the cost and we upgraded them so they would be better for my husband and myself. Chris G. was knowledgeable about his product and it didn't take him very long to install them and we are happy.

Chris G. showed up when promised, he practiced good COVID-19 safety protocols by wearing his mask the entire time and keeping a social distance. The plumbing issue I had was not an easy fix but he worked tirelessly until the job was done completely and correctly and he cleaned up after himself, overall just an excellent experience. I will ONLY use Staten Plumbing from now on!

Dustin did a great job!! Diagnosed our water pressure problem quickly, adjusted the pressure, found blockages in two lines, and had the water pressure back to where we needed it in no time. Wonderful job!! We'd call him again in a minute.....but don't think we'll need to!!

Today, my house flooded because the toilet valve busted. Staten plumbing arrived quickly and prepared to readily help me with this issue. The plumber, John, was friendly and fixed the issue right away. He was able to identify and fix the problem in ten minutes. I would highly recommend this professional small business because their outstanding service.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink leaking and called Staten Plumbing. The technician, Dustin, was on time, thorough, considerate and even helped me with some info on a fridge. The cost was on par with other companies we used in the past and I would recommend Staten.

Awesome work! Greg came out, same day, to address my problem. He was extremely hard working, polite, friendly, and solved my problem as he worked into the nighttime hours. Oh, and he did the job for the best price too!

The service was fine but the fee was absurd. I specifically sought them out because I didn't want to go with one of the major plumbing companies that so often feel like a tremendous overcharge. I was completely astonished when they told me how much their work cost. It was more expensive than anyone I've ever used! The quality of their work was fine, but wow, their pricing rubric is very, very high. Go with someone else.

I just called them today to inquire about a special they were advertising. The website has a $199 special for the installation of a garbage disposal, and offers this line below: "You may choose a different model at an additional cost, or buy or own separately. We will install it for you at the most competitive price in the Greenville area." I called to inquire what other models they have available, and what the costs is, and I was told that I would have to pay the $40 dispatch fee to have those questions answered when the technician came to the house. So not only could I not even get a ball park price about different models, I was told I would have to pay for the privilege. They may be a great company with great pricing, but I won't be able to find out since the main office contacts are not able to provide any information.

Man, are these guys good! We had some gurgling in our tubs and sinks, so we called them out. Not only did they fix our issue, but they found and fixed another problem at our house caused by another local plumbing company. They were on time, effecient, and even left me with some things we could do ourselves so they wouldn't have to address this problem again. Great team! Thank you Greg and Dean!
