Absolutely satisfied with service from One Hour. I especially like the communication from this company. Even down to letting me know who is coming to my house with a picture of the employee on my phone. That is peace of mind. I would highly suggest one hour to anyone with AC/heating needs

Donald was extremely punctual and professional in his work. He worked diligently and corrected so many issues I had due to an improper installation of my heating unit by a different company. He explained the challenges he was up against and described what was necessary to correct the problems. He entertained every question. I had patiently and went over and above to make sure my unit would work properly.

When I called, the office ladies were very nice. Same day service! The technician was great and explained everything to us as well. Will use again!

I live in the Altavista neighboorhood of Greenville, SC, and used the services of OneHour HVAC on May, 2023. The service provided was of the utmost professionalism. The main technician, Sean, did not rush the visit at all; on the contrary, he was very careful, thorough, and diligent in doing all the checks necessary on the system and informing me, with detailed explainations, of adverse conditions that it had. Compared to other HVAC companies I've dealt with, this one for sure stands out. I highly recommend them.
