Technician is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions.

Unbelievable awesome experience. I wasn’t able to be there when he arrived but my son was there and he got right to work after speaking with my son. On my way home we spoke briefly on the phone and told me what was going on, but it was when I got there that the excellent customer service really began. He explained in detail, but in layman’s terms what was going on and what I should expect in the future. He didn’t sugar coat it but also didn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes and BS sell me in something I didn’t need. He explained everything that I would need in the future and when I asked him questions he again didn’t try to upswell the latest and greatest. He double checked the equipment I had and the square footage I had and quoted me on what would be best cooling and energy (bill) wise. These are my guys for life. If you want honesty, integrity and the real deal, call these guys

Sean came out today and helped determine what is wrong with my system. While waiting for a quote for a new thermostat, he cleaned my unit. I appreciate his help. Thank you, Sean.

Sean is WONDERFUL!!! He made sure we understood everything and knew all of the possible options to fix our unit. Very professional and great at explaining things to someone who has no clue what's going on in the AC world. Would 100% recommend him to anyone!

2019 My HVAC went out with a one week old in the house. I advised the receptionist and within 15 min they had a repairman at my house. He was very polite and diagnosed it immediately. Was given the options to repair or replace it. Replacement with extremely easy with fast affordable financing. My unit was replaced the next day by Matt and Daniel. Two days later E and Josh came to clean the vents. Everyone was on time, polite, always put on the shoe coverings, very personal, answered all my questions and put back everything they had to move. They even got rid of some wasps in the attic. I'm definitely calling them for any future work needed.

2023 update
Hvac was damaged. Saturday and prom weekend but Sean showed up with a smile even though he missed seeing his daughter off for prom. (He seemed "off"even though I've never met him so i asked..yes I'm nosey) He did what he could to get it to work until parts could be ordered. Even talked me through what he was trying and how the system worked. I got the 10 yr parts and labor so only paid forthe weekend repair fee.

One Hour Heating and Air is one of the best companies around for hvac services. They’re not going to nickel and dime you. Sean and Dakota were very helpful and showed me how to use my new thermostat. They also found some other issues that would have ran into trouble sooner rather than later on my new home.
