They did a very good job. They explained what issues my HVAC had took pictures to show me that who installed it did not do a good job and they told me some parts are going to have to be replaced. The test that they performed they found out were the freon was leaking. The first contractor that came out was wrong who was sent by first American home warranty. They said it was located in the drywall in my laundry room. They were wrong so I dropped first American home warranty. A friend of my sister told me to call one hour air & heating condition. I did and now my HVAC is up and running. I was without my HVAC for three weeks until I called one hour heating & air conditioning. They are awesome and good honest people. They did a wonderful job and my HVAC is running better than ever.
