One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Michael came out and diagnosed the problem with the unit. He told us that he was going to contact the company of our unit and speak with their tech support. He was able to get it back running and installed a new thermostat just in time to be ready for the cold temps coming. Thank you Michael and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

We had 30-plus year old HVAC detoriating ductwork replaced by the duct team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. The job took about 2 1/2 days to complete. 4 days had been budgeted for the project, so finished well ahead of schedule. The crew was great! Protected our floors and furniture. Cleaned everything up each day and left no mess upon completion. Everything is back in good working order. We are glad to have One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning on contract and highly recommended the firm.

Edit: Company was purchased by another, and this invalidated our contract. We weren't notified of this until trying to schedule our biannual inspection. We were told the new contract works be more expensive, and we'd need to go through some other company to access it. We had to get a new service company as a result.

Our A/C stopped working, and I was struggling to find a company that could come out as well as be straight with their pricing. One Hour not only got me in touch with someone quickly, but they were out the next day at a reasonable price. The tech came out and got the job done fast. I liked the service so much, I took their monthly plan to protect my heating and air units for the future. Not only that, everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and understanding of my needs. Highly recommend them!

Dakota was very professional. He was on time. He explained everything he was going to do and when he had finished, he explained the report in detail. I requested an estimate on a couple of items and he explained in detail how the work would be done and gave me an estimate. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the product he represents. He also gave me a quick turnaround on a date for the new work to be done. I was very pleased with the experience.

Air went out and Josh did a great job getting it back on!

I called at 3:00 on a Friday when Mom's heat wouldn't come on and Josh was at the house before 5:00. He had it repaired and was on his way before 6pm. The price was fair, he was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He even killed a baby copperhead on Mom's sidewalk for her.
