One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

From the word go these guys were professional, respectful, ready and willing to please, and faithful on calling before they came even though I knew they were supposed to be here all week. One of the things that stood out to me the most was overhearing how they spoke to each other. They were respectful in the way they spoke to each other on a consistent basis using words like please and thank you to their own guys. That blew me away because that’s something you just don’t see every day. That tells me they are happy at their job and with their manager (Wayne) and the owner of the company. Superior work and best of all my system works amazing and I have SOOOO much better airflow than I had before. Thank you for giving us heat and for the first time ever for us a/c.
Amazing job guys. I’ll definitely be telling everyone to go to you and no one else. They do the job as if they were doing it to their own home. Love it!!!!!
Update- had a problem with the system. They sent someone out very quickly. Josh spent a long time assuring he had figured out and fixed the problem which ended up being a recall item. Josh also asked if I would call in two weeks and let him know how it was going so that he can hone in quicker if the problem arises again with another customer. Excellent service yet again!!!
