WOW! Robert Arce was simply the best! There is a reason why they have over 500 5 star reviews! It is because of the excellent customer service that they provide. We had an issue with one of their techs back in May, but they took care of it immediately!!!! I HIGHLY Recommend this company! They offer an AC unit with a 12 year parts and labor warranty! You can't beat it!

We had a great experience! Needed a new part for our AC unit. At no time did we feel pressured and our technician Daurian was great at explaining everything! Would absolutely recommend!

We are incredibly pleased with the work Arce Heating and AC did for our home. We discovered a huge mold problem in our vent lines and needed to have them replaced entirely. The Arce team came in and completed the work and took the time to show us everything they were doing every step of the way. Mike came out to look at why our air wasn't working upstairs. He checked everything about our unit inside and out and found a few things wrong. He stayed late to make sure we had air working. Arce Heating and AC was great, our technician Bryan was very polite and knowledgeable, he did a maintenance check and we needed a part replaced and some refrigerant. We now have a yearly service contract. It was also great getting an email reminder of our appointment and a text message when Bryan was on his way and was on time. I highly recommend using them for any heating and cooling issues and for maintenance service checks. Thank you Robert and Bryan.

My heating system needed to be diagnosed and repaired. My polite and knowledgeable technician arrived prompt, and did just that. He worked patiently and efficiently out in the rain on my system, found the problem, advised me of the black widow spider, who found him, (thankfully no injury) and completed the work. He provided me with a thorough explanation, with pics sent to email. My system itself was installed in 2009 by Arce heating and AC. A solid and trustworthy business, which I am happy to turn to when in need.

Had my AC unit replaced two years ago by Arce -- it was a solid experience then, and working with them to keep it up since has been excellent. Strongly recommend.

For a repair visit today -- got several texts before the technician arrived, explaining timing and with a photo of who would show up. The technician showed up masked, booted, gloved; very polite; quick; had several useful tips about my nest and general temperature settings.... just overall 👍👍👍👍

I had several companies call me in the last couple of weeks to come out, clean and check my air ducks in my home. However, I asked them did they take pictures because I already had my air ducks cleaned and I needed to know if they were done properly. When John called, I was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he said that his Technicians took pictures. He scheduled me for the next available appointment and I was very impressed and pleased with the technician Brian that came to my home today. He show me pictures of what was done, what was not done and what needed to be done.They gave me exactly what I needed and they were the only company that I had spoken to that was on the same page as I was. I’m impressed and I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and I do plan on having them come back out to clean the part of my air ducks they were not cleaned properly. Thank you.
