Called at 8am and the scheduler was very sweet and quickly set up appointment for that afternoon. Since they were ahead of schedule they texted to see if they could come earlier which was fantastic since our heat was out. The technician Daurin arrived promptly and was very courteous. He did a thorough assessment and gave us several options for things to fix now and what could wait until it fit in the budget. We chose the best option for us and he got to work and had the system fixed in a timely manner. Very friendly and helpful. I signed up for the service agreement so they can help us keep up with and extend the life of our system. I would highly recommend!

My AC stopped cooling. I called and was promptly contacted. Tech came with in the promised timeframe. He was very professional, thorough and friendly. Gave me an explanation of what was wrong and the cost to repair. He also gave me the opportunity to become a member of their preventive maintenance plan that is going to save me money. He repaired the unit as well as checked it over. He also documented and took pictures of our existing system. I highly recommend Arce Heating and AC LLC.

Nothing unnecessary was done despite finding an issue upon routine cleaning. Recommendations were made. I appreciated the honesty. The cleaning that I had initially called them to do was not thorough though. I did not know this until we had another company that had installed the unit come out less than 72 hrs later to assess the problem and see how to repair the problem that was under warranty and the unit was still dirty inside when he took the top off the unit. I never saw the unit without the top off when Arce was cleaning it but if they did, they did not clean it entirely. I know Arce said it was very dirty (it's a 5 yr old unit that had not been cleaned before) but they did not get it clean and this was the main reason why I had them come out. $474 later for a cleaning and 3 lbs of freon and it's still dirty.

My AC stopped working right as the weather was heating up! I was nervous we'd need new units all together. I called Arce out to help and the technician arrived promptly and professionally. I am so grateful that our technician, Shayne, worked hard to get the units back up and running! He could have tried to sell us on new units but instead he worked out a plan with us to help extend the life of the units. I am so glad I chose this company, and I will recommend Arce to anyone who needs HVAC repair/maintenance going forward.

The original thermostat that was put in by this company 18 months ago was not working. They identified the problem and replaced it. It was still under warranty so there was no charge. However I was charged for them to come out $79. They said that wasn’t under warranty. If the part they installed wasn’t faulty….they wouldn’t have had to come out? Not sure how they can justify charging the visit fee. But the technician was great and on time and professional. And I have Air Conditioning!

Mike Destio was the tech that came out to do an inspection at our home when we thought we possibly needed our ducts cleaned. He went over and above and even brought in the packages I hadn’t had time to bring in from the front porch and made sure to wear his mask and boot covers in our home. He was thorough in the task he performed and we trusted his suggestions. He did an awesome job 10/10 we appreciate him. The *only* thing I wish that was better was the time frame in which techs would arrive. When I scheduled the appointment the scheduler couldn’t tell me a time frame at that time, and suggested I call back on the day of the appointment and she may be able to tell me a time then. It is a small complaint and wasn’t a major issue but worth noting. Doesn’t take away from a 5 star review though! Thank you so much!!

We had been having issues with high humidity, and Shayne was able to fix the issue in a very short time for a reasonable cost. I appreciate his professionalism and his knowledge. Definitely will contact them again if I have any other issues.
