THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! TO ROBERT AND HIS COMPANY AT ARCE HEATING & AC. After attempting to contact multiple HVAC Companies on Christmas Eve only to get a recording or to hear someone say I'm sorry it will be Monday before we can have a tech out to your home. I started to feel this was a lost cause to get someone out to fix my HVAC unit this close to Christmas. But we also tried calling Arce Heating & AC and immediately a very kind sweet lady answered the phone, although she had told me all of there Service Techs were booked, the owner Robert was willing and so kind as to help me troubleshoot over the phone my Heating Issue. With Robert's expertise we were able to diagnose and fix this issue in less than 20min on the phone. I cannot say enough about a man's character to care enough that he would make the time out of his very busy day while also servicing all his other customers to do this on any day but especially on Christmas Eve and given the current arctic blast with no other possible solution until Monday after Christmas. Thank you again Robert for helping me and my family have a alot Better and Warmer Christmas this year! It is not often you find an HVAC or any service company that truly care about their customers in this time we live in but Robert you have shown that today on Christmas Eve that you are an amazing man with true character.

Shayne was fantastic in explaining I’m detail what he would do and what he suggested for the future of my system. I’ve had three companies out and by far these guys were the best!

Everyone starting with Mandy who received my first call, then Robert who came to give estimate and the installation crew were excellent. Everything was done in timely manner. Very happy with service! Would recommend to family and friends.

Kudos to Mike, Abel, Saul and team. Very professional, considerate and affable. Left the place as if they were never there + cool air :).

Abel & Jesus did an excellent job in the installation. Shayne also was a great representative. Well pleased.

Shane showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and found the issue. A few moments later AC motor was replaced and blowing cold air again.

Technician never showed up for appointment, or called - office staff not available to deal with issue on a Saturday - this company does NOT have a 24 hour service.

Tyler the tech was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and benefits of the preventive maintenance of these systems.

Abel and his partner did a great job with the total install. They kept me well informed on all that was going on. When a part I was expected to have was not delivered pre-install, Abel was on the phone immediately to make sure the install would not be delayed. Both men did an excellent job. We love our new Daikin system.

Hard working people that do good work. Reasonable prices, great service. What more can one ask for?
