Once again John came through for us in a pinch. Our heat went out on the coldest day of the year, right at Christmas. John came out, quickly diagnosed the issue, got us all fixed up, gave us tips on how to prevent the issue in the future, and didn't charge us a fortune. It's refreshing to work with someone who truly wants to fix your actual issue as quickly as possible and doesn't require you to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay for it. Thank you John for saving the day (again)!

John and his son provide consistently great service, are prompt and respectful of your time and provide strong communications throughout each step of the process (from appointment to fix/billing). He keeps a strong record of the work he’s done at our place and is his deep knowledge of the history of our units over the years makes him someone we feel at ease giving our business and trust.

I have had an incredible experience with John and his team. He has been servicing my AC unit for several years and is extremely knowledgeable with his profession.
Just recently I was having a problem with my eelectric breaker triggering on and off. He came out check the unit and replaced a hard stop part hoping it would fix the problem. When the issue with the breaker persisted he returned and helped me identify that the problem was electrical and where it was.
They have always come as soon as I needed them regardless of the situation And the fees are very fair without all the overhead of large companies. I highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend JP Heating and Cooling. Outstanding Service! Here was our situation. It had been extremely hot here in Charlotte and our AC wasn't working and we were trying desperately to have someone repair it on a Sunday. Called John on Sunday at 1:58 p.m. and he said he could come out Sunday afternoon/evening between 4:00 and 6:00 to look at it since he had another appt. scheduled before my call. I mentioned that we were submitting a claim through our home warranty company. He said he had experience with dealing with home warranty companies and said no problem. He came out a little bit before 4:00, diagnosed the problem, spoke to the Home Warranty Co., and fixed the problem immediately. And his price for coming out on a Sunday and for parts ... Oh My Goodness ... the price he charged was so so very reasonable and much less than expected! We are extremely happy with his service and we were cool in our home by 5:30 that evening because of John!

JP has been our main HVAC guy over the years. Very reliable and honest. He has performed repairs and annual maintenance for us. I like that he's very transparent about his work and his findings. I like to ask questions and he's always willing to show me how things are working which gives me a peace of mind.

For the past month, I've had issues with my air conditioning. After having used other repairmen without satisfaction, I called JP Heating and Cooling. Within minutes, he was able to diagnose what was wrong, as well other issues regarding the problem. What impressed me was that he talked me through the repairs that needed to be done. He also explained ways in which I can better value from my use of the air conditioning experience. He was prompt and courteous and better still, reasonable and willing to work with you. I highly recommend him for your air conditioner/heating needs.

It took me using 4 other HVAC contractors before I humbled myself and listened to my Wife (she reads reviews religiously). So I sought out John P. for HVAC repair services. And oh what a blessing he was! He explains exactly what he is doing, and why his actions are important. He even gives you options to consider. Quite a methodical and thorough man that John P. If you could pick the all stars of technical service work, John would be your hall of fame starter. He is that good, and firmly believes in taking care of the customer, not his short term gain. He is all about the long term.

I have used John twice so far for service and to fix a downstairs fan issue. He takes the time to go over all components of the system and to make sure everything is working before he leaves. He is extremely knowledgeable and does not take you for a ride! Thank you JP Heating and Cooling!!

Great experience dealing JP heating and cooling. He was able to come out the same day to identify the problem and had us back up and running with a new board the next day. Great service and excellent price compared to what big box companies wanted to charge and waaaay faster. When we have HVAC issues in the future John will be our one and only call. Wish I could give more stars!!
