Service tech was John Michael. He was very professional. John provides good detailed info on what he did for service and also any concerns he found during our a/c season checkup. I recently switched to Arce from another company for my service. I’m very happy with my decision.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and thorough! Easy to schedule, we love that this company embraces technology- we received an automated notification of who our technician was and also a rundown of the visit notes with pictures via email. An overall wonderful experience!

From the moment I called in and spoke to Jennifer, till when Bryan left the experience was top notch. I have never worked with a HVAC company that was so transparent in arrival time, who to expect, diagnose, and repair. Bryan took his time and explained every step. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He gave me clear estimates and explained why the problem was reoccurring.

Great experience! I called for an emergency due to our AC system blowing warm all of a sudden right before having guests coming in for my birthday weekend. Kris called and showed up within an hour and thoroughly explained our situation and we made a decision to have the work done. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on our system.

I only give reviews for the very best or very worst experiences so that others can make a confident decision when using a service that is not familiar to them. The exceptional experience and service provided by Arce, and more importantly the Technician Kristopher Haithcock, was not just another repair for him. You can tell when someone loves what they do and when they do it well. From beginning to end of the 2 service calls and multiple conversations, Kris provided above and beyond, the best service for any type of repair I have ever received. I have been in IT for 20+ years for electronics so I understand how important it is to provide a great customer experience, make the customer feel comfortable by understanding what is needed for their issue, and having the skill to perform these tasks so that there is minimal down time and cost. Kris excelled in all of these and guided me through what was wrong, what was needed, and explained in detail on my level so that everything was perfectly clear. I was very grateful that he took the time to go the extra mile. What an outstanding company and Technician that understands what customer service truly means. There is a reason for them having a 5/5 star rating! Thank you guys!
