My AC froze up and we were able to set up an appointment within a couple of hours of me calling. I received a text message with a picture of my technician, Kris, and a link to track how far away he was from my house. Kris was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I understood every aspect of my repair without pressuring me to make an immediate decision about long-term repairs. I am so glad I called Arce! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service and very honest. We recently purchased a new home that required some AC repair. They were able to get it taken care of quickly and their pricing was far better than our other estimate. There were some minor issues after the install. The owner came out the same day, explained the issue fully and took care of it. They’ll definitely be our go-to for any future HVAC needs.

End of July in the South, and the AC unit quit. Had a service contract with Arce, who not only sent my absolute favorite technician, Bryan P. out after 9:00PM, but he was able to troubleshoot the issue and get me the information I needed to make a decision going forward. Bryan is always smiling, very outgoing, and takes the time to inform the consumer about cause and effect. Wonderful company, efficient and competent staff, a little too responsive with multiple texts, emails, etc, but they get it done quickly and accurately. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Before the tech came I received an email and a message with his location, ETA and photo. Bryan was friendly and professional, explaining everything he was doing to me. He gave me advice on maintaining the warranty for my unit. I’m very happy with my first maintenance visit and look forward to a long relationship with Arce.

Let me start by saying that the reason I employed Arce is because they had the most positive reviews on Nextdoor. A second important reason is because they don’t charge extra for after hours or weekends and are available 24/7-since I work mostly night shift, this really worked with my schedule! My AC went out late in the day when it was 100 degrees and Arce sent someone out the same day-in the early evening-to evaluate the problem. My system was old and still used Freon which had leaked out. It was time for a whole new system. They gave me a fair price and it was installed 2 days later. During some of the hottest days, I feel this was an expedient response. The man that evaluated my system was very professional and knowledgeable with no pressure. The men that installed the system came in and worked quickly and efficiently and had the system installed in less than 5 hours. My system is all on the first floor. I love that Arce has standard charges for their work which I think is reasonable. Everyone I encountered-from the people answering the phone to the staff that can out to my house-were all polite, professional, and concerned that my house be cooled as quickly as possible. Everyone also wore masks and maintained social distancing. I just can’t say enough great things about my experience with Arce!

I have been a member since purchasing our home. The service is exceptional and I haven’t had any issues with them. I signed up for the membership for $16 monthly and they come out twice annually. Brian has been our technician since we moved in, it’s always good seeing a familiar face. Highly Recommend!

Shane was very intelligent. knowledgeable, and informed about HVAC. Gave us various options to fix or replace our very old AC. Concerned about what was best for us. Could not have been any nicer.
