The Arce technician arrived timely. He was super polite. He very nicely explained step by step what he was going to do. He also periodically checked in to provide updates. At the conclusion he summarized all that he did and his findings. He was very professional and courteous. I also found the cost of the service performed very reasonable. Would definitely recommend the company!!

I called on a Saturday afternoon and they had a technician to me in less than 2 hours. He found the problem and fixed it. He was very nice and helpful.

The tech Joel was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The office staff was excellent as well. I cannot say if the cost was reasonable because I did not get any other estimates. I can say this is a very good company though.

Bryan came out for an appointment and he was fantastic. I inquired not even 2hrs prior, and he was there right before the appointment time. He was very nice, knowledgeable and quick to find our issue. He made contacts with the other techs to get a special capacitor for me. They were able to get my capacitor just minutes before the warehouse closed, and delivered it to Bryan for a quick install.
Now, my unit is fixed and I have been given great service by true pros.
My family will sleep well tonight thanks to Arce! Great job!

Both Mike and Edwin were very professional and knowledgeable and took time and patience to explain everything to me, and then again to my husband when he had time to meet with them. We did need a repair and Mike did a great job explaining all options to us for the fix. Truly appreciate their help.
