I asked for an estimate of a tankless hot water heater. The person who came to give me an estimate didn’t know anything about them. Called someone named Josh who refused to install one. Gave a couple options and said I would get a quote for a more efficient tank. Waited several weeks and got a call from their office asking if I wanted to forward with my dishwasher install... I told them I was waiting on a water heater quote. 4 weeks later I got another call from the office asking if someone ever contacted me which they didn’t. Maybe others get treated with priority but this company is very unprofessional to new customers. There are plenty of other plumbers in the area who were at my house in a day with a quote.

I have been so pleased with the services I've received from this company. First, I want to compliment Sarah, who is so pleasant and helpful and provides amazing customer service! She also somehow understands my non-technical descriptions of my plumbing and HVAC problems! She really cares about her customers! I unfortunately have forgotten the name of the other lovely person I spoke with in the office yesterday, but she was equally as nice and as helpful!

I love that they send a text message with the picture and name of the technician who will be providing services, as well as updates on arrival times. This is really helpful. Recent technicians I'd like to single out:

Tim: Fixed my a/c today and explained my options for the future of my (somewhat elderly) central air unit. Super nice and knowledgeable!

Ramon: Replaced the water heater at my rental property in Warwick and did an excellent job according to my tenant!

Mike and Alexander: Came to my home on two occasions with two or three other technicians. They were both very professional and did an excellent job to help mitigate the damage caused by a collapsed cast iron pipe in my front yard (a.k.a., the Great Flood of 2020 lol).

Adam was a very knowledgable HVAC technician. He took the time to explain the issues with our current system as well as the pros and cons of a newer system. He gave us the knowledge we needed to make an important decision. His knowledge base was impressive and he patiently explained things to us and answered our many questions.

I recently had an “emergency” boiler replacement and Evergreen Plumbing & Heating did the amazing work.

This business has top notch customer service combined with hard working, conscientious workers that will get the job done perfectly.
Within hours of my first panicked call, a service representative was out at the house diagnosing and giving written estimates. The very next day the crew was out at the house and replaced the boiler from start to finish. Removing the old boiler, hooking up the new boiler and making sure every aspect of the performance of appliance was tested before they left the house. Roy is an amazing technician.

The whole team that works for Evergreen is professional and goes the extra mile to work with you. From Steve the Operations Manager to Regina in customer service to Travis the technician and as mentioned earlier Roy the technician (works like a machine!) and the finished product is perfection.

Thanks to this company we have hot water and heat (for the winter)! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants top notch craftsmanship with outstanding customer service.

I was very pleased with the service we received. First, the response was immediate, and a service tech was at our home within hours of my call. The service provided was professional and excellent. Secondly, I misunderstood some of the benefits of the membership plan, and when I contacted the company to have someone return to clean the furnace, they allowed me to retroactively receive the benefits offered. I would gladly recommend Evergreen Plumbing and Heating to family and friends.

When my heating system didn't kick on this morning Kevin and Justin were able to show up within a few hours to take a look. It ended up being as simple as me accidentally flipping the lightswitch that controls the boiler (my wife and I never knew what that switch did because we never ended up testing it in the winter while the boiler was running).
After we had a laugh at that mistake they did a checkup on the system since they were here and found it's a good thing they came out. The expansion diaphragm tank had failed and the air bladder had filled with water, so pressure wouldn't be able to be regulated properly when the system was left on. Kevin and Justin showed me how you could hear the difference by tapping on the tank. The new tank made a hollow ding when tapped on, while the old one made a dull thud. Without replacing it the boiler would have likely tripped the emergency pressure relief valve sometime over the winter which would have been a much more expensive repair, and it would have been a much worse time to fix it than the first frost of November.

All in all they did a fantastic job, and while I can't say I look forward to the next time I have a plumbing problem, I definitely know that it'll be in good hands when it does happen!

After many tries with other companies, I reviewed Evergreen and decided to try them. I made contact with them on one day and set up the appointment for the next day. The technician was on time and pleasant. He analyzed my problem quickly. The next day their team came and removed all of my old a/c system and installed the new one. What a difference from what I have been dealing with. Even the follow-up phone call was nice. They will be my first choice for all my HVAC and plumbing needs and will recommend them to family and friends. Again thanks for the great service.

Installed a new natural gas boiler and all related components. Kyle and Luis were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They made sure they cleaned up and took away any old equipment and debris.

I called this morning because my hot water heater wasn’t working. The technicians that arrived were friendly, professional and seemed very honest. They even spent time educating me about my heat, air and plumbing and the routine care because I just purchased my first home and didn’t even really know what was what in my basement. We ended up choosing to replace the heater since it was at the end of its life. They got it done within a couple hours max and I was able to give my baby a warm bath tonight. They will definitely be my heat, air and plumbing company for now on!

I have used this company in the past and was quite pleased with the timely manner in which they got out to us, and the level of professionalism and compassion the technician showed to us. However, this time we had a different technician who only seemed to care about how much money could be made on this emergency call. First he wanted to replace things that did not need to be replaced, and what to call out a second technician to help him do it. Once the problem was finally properly diagnosed he then spent three hours sitting in his truck as my pipes where being heated with a propane heater. Needless to say he left here with a 750 dollar check for his company and yet we still have no water! I am very disappointed and feel like we had been taken advantage of.
