I am a new homeowner and know nothing about my central air system. Adam from Evergreen was so helpful. He was on time and thoroughly explained everything to me as he completed his assessment. I would highly recommend Evergreen’s services and will be following up with them in the future for my recommended repairs.

Took 5-6 visits to diagnose a leaking coil in my my boiler. I was promised a one day install of a water tank to replace the coil. On the day it was to be replaced with a water tank, no one showed up at the scheduled time 8:00 am. I called the office at 8:30 and was told a technician had a family emergency, (which I can understand, things happen) they would be sending someone else and the work would still be completed that day. By 11 am there was still no one on site, no communication I had to call the office again to be told the installation would not be completed that day. The lack of communication is incredibly unprofessional. I will say that all of the technicians were polite over the multiple visits but overall this company is unreliable.

Adam did a fantastic job repairing my air conditioning system. He replaced my 2 condensers with larger and more efficient ones. He then did some modifications to my system to make it more efficient. I'm very happy with the results.

Adam was great! I called Evergreen on Tuesday and they were out on Wednesday....Adam was even early but called before his arrival so that was great. He took the time to explain my options and what he was doing. Overall great experience.

Highly recommend Evergreen Services … I needed a new gas heating system in an emergency situation (mine was 28 years old). They came out promptly, assessed the issues, attempted to repair it first and worked with me every step of the way in replacing it. Everyone here is vey professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Adam Bick came to consult on our thermostat as our heat was turning on even though the thermostat was reading off. He fixed the problem immediately. We also have a atrium which is excessively warm as well. Adam diagnosed the causes for the heat retention in a difficult space and came up with solutions to mitigate it. We are a small business and we found Adam to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as we are very concerned with our utility costs. High recommend his service.

I really appreciated the service I got today from Evergreen. Heads up the online appointment system doesn’t work so call them directly. I used it by mistake but dispatched called and got me book ASAP. My tech Justin was personable and kept me informed every step of the way!

Had a shutoff valve installed for my sink before a bathroom remodel. I noticed the valve had a leak post install and called back. Four day wait to come and fix their own faulty install? Everyone is very nice but that is disappointing service.

EDIT: Came by right at the beginning of the target window and Adam took care of things diligently. Not pumped with how long the response took Both technicians that visited to were very polite and helpful, but the office has a bit to be desired.

They wanted to charge me $10000 to replace my e1 pump and alarm panel. I had another company come out and they said I did not need to replace the panel and only charged me $4500 for the pump.
