We hired Evergreen Plumbing to replace our furnace and AC unit. We were happy with their pricing and their schedule availability. The workers were nice enough guys and it appears so far that they did a good job on the installation.

Here is the reason for the 2 star review. The guys borrowed our power drill to perform some of the work apparently which by itself is not a problem. The problem was that they took our drill with them and we assumed that it was by mistake. So when we contacted them to tell them what happened they basically called us liars saying that they never used our drill and that there wasn't even a drill in that room.

Seriously? We just spent over $7,000 with your company. Do you really think we are trying to hustle you or beat you out of $150 by claiming that you took a drill if you did not. It is too bad because we have 2 different relatives that are in need of replacing their units and we will no longer be able to recommend Evergreen Plumbing to them or to anyone else.

Update 8/29/18:
We received a call from a customer service representative after they read my review. They were calling to basically tell me that they checked their guys truck a couple of days after my job was done and they did not find my drill.

They said they wanted me to send them a picture of the room(not sure what that would do for them) but that there was nothing that could be done. There position is that this did not happen aka they are saying that we are lying.

They stated that they want to improve their customer service but it sure doesn't seem that way.

Bryan was on time and was very professional. He almost immediately knew that the issue was my shower drain pipe. He was very through in his explanation of what was going on. Will definitely be using Evergreen Plumbing again.

5 Gold Stars! Every step of the process was smooth and professional. I called Evergreen upon discovering our upstairs heat was out. They immediately scheduled a technician for later in the day. Christopher easily identified the faulty safety switch that turned off the water pump and he returned the next day with the replacement part. Sara in the office is extremely polite and accommodating. I called this company to come cap and seal a heating radiator so I could knock down a wall. Our demo couldn't begin until this was completed. On the first service call the tech simply took pictures and said "we'll call to schedule service." I called the office and asked if this was common practice as they stated he'd be there to complete the work that day. Apparently, he needed more materials to complete the job. This seemed interesting to me as he never attempted to complete the job to begin with.

I had the tech come back out again a week later. He was 45 minutes late. When he showed up he exclaimed that he needed a second tech to help him. I'm unsure why that wasn't noticed on the first visit? None the less I called J. Joyce Plumbing and they completed the job that day for half the cost.

I'd steer clear of Evergreen Plumbing.

Great experience with Evergreen on two occasions. Their technicians, Carlos and Daryl, were excellent on all accounts. Friendly, knowledgeable, able to explain the issues, and address them accordingly. Prices were reasonable relative to others (although everybody seems high priced, but that's more me being a curmudgeon). If you have plumbing or heating issues, give them a call. They can get to you super fast and get the job done. And they don't try and upsell. I was concerned about my heater and they took a look and said "listen, you don't need that." They easily could have said, "yea, we can do that" and tack on some more to the bill. That type of honesty gets repeat business and good reviews!

Called early morning with a plumbing problem, quick response and staff was able to work around my work schedule! Technicians arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. The technicians were both friendly and informative. Great family owned business ,Thank you to evergreen plumbing!!

This company is amazing. Called on a Saturday morning when my air conditioning quit in 90 degree weather and my regular company was no open. Great person who answered and they had someone at my house by 12:30. Roy was amazing - skilled, knowledgeable, great communicator and educated me about the system. Super efficient - go the job done in no time. And he could not say enough about his company. Really impressive. I now have a new hearing and air conditioning company. Head and shoulders above the company I was using. You can't do better.

They constantly waste my grandparents time. Evergreen rarely keep appointments, and after you waste a day waiting for them they call to tell you they need to reschedule. Also our central air still doesn't reach the top floor and is inconsistent throughout the 1st floor

This was a very pleasant experience overall. I submitted an online inquiry on Sunday and was contacted on Monday AM asking when a convenient time for me would be the next day. Appointment day came around and I got a courtesy call to let me know the tech would be there within the hour. Tech arrived on time and was very professional. I will definitely use Evergreen again!
