This company came out to clean my furnace, it was working perfectly just needed cleaning. When they left it was not working, I had to call and have them come back, they got it going and then charged me for another cleaning. I called the company talked to Marie who told me she would send out a refund check. Two weeks later I called she said it went out that Monday even gave me a make-believe check number. Just completely lied to my face that she sent out a check and never did. So maybe they disabled my furnace so they could get paid twice I think the Attorney General should look into this company.

I have used Evergreen Plumbing multiple times for services and projects on both my HVAC and plumbing . Every tech who has come has went into detail and explained the work that was being performed and answered all of my questions. I have never had any issues with the quality of the work.

Today, Bryan came out to fix the pressure release valve on my hot water heater and he was great. Arrived on time, friendly, professional, fixed the issue and inspected everything else on the hot water heater to make sure there would be no additional issues.

I would recommend using Evergreen for your plumbing and HVAC needs!

I was having trouble with my new water heater and lighting the pilot. Bryan Lataash was assigned my case and called just before my scheduled time window was to start. He was polite , informative and said he would meet me in 20 mins.- He was on time and well prepared.
He checked out my system, pipes / connections / airflow etc. and showed me how to properly light the pilot. Everything’s working well now and I appreciate his patience and professionalism. Bryan and Evergreen will be my go to plumbing people going forward!

Bryan was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced a leaking copper pipe near our boiler the same day he came out. It wasn't an easy fix either - surrounded by electric, including for our heating system. Really a great experience.

I have been an Evergreen customer for many years. I have used other contractors but none have been as professional,relaible and value as Evergreen.
Evergreen is extremely responsive to our needs and always does a professional job.

I called to schedule an appointment to fix our heater, as it is incredibly frigid. When booked for the next day the customer service receptionist quoted $249 for a 4:30 pm appointment instead of the $69 advertised on their website. When I asked why she said it was because that rate only applied to regular business hours. So, I scheduled a regular business hours appointment for yesterday. No show, no call, no text and when I called two separate times no answer. It’s freezing and we are now left without heat because they didn’t show up or even text!!

Kyle, my technician, was very knowledgeable about the needed repairs to my steam boiler. He worked quickly to source the needed part and perform the repair. He also put me at ease during the process and explained step by step what he was working on and what the potential problems were. I had a very good experience with Kyle and would recommend him.

I called on a Sunday because my central air conditioning was not working properly. Sarah answered the phone and was pleasant and sympathetic to my situation. She had a tech come out that same day. Unfortunately, it needed a part so it couldn’t be fixed that day but Tim was awesome and diagnosed the problem right away. He ordered the part and said they would be calling to schedule an appointment to have it installed. Mike called me the following day to set up an appointment and was extremely pleasant and helpful. Tim came back the following day to install the part. Everyone was amazing, professional, and responsive to my needs. I appreciate Evergreen and will be passing their name along to my friends and family.
