Evergreen had a cancellation and Bryan was able to come out and install a new water heater on the same day I requested one. He was super professional and the work looks great. Great work! My furnace was acting up and your man Jason came to check it out just a couple of days after I called. He figured out the problem right away - it needed a new motor. He put in an order for the part, and came back to install it just a couple of days later on the weekend! Thanks for such commitments to finish the job . Just in time for colder weather for next week. Glad to have a new service contract with Evergreen Plumbing & Heating.

Bryan came on short notice to inspect my leaking water heater. Upon seeing that it was beyond repair, he quickly found a replacement. While it originally seemed like the job would have to wait 4 days, the Evergreen Team managed to squeeze me into the schedule. Bryan, Kyle and team were able to get the job done in just 4hrs. They came in, did the job, and cleaned up making it as if they were never here. Very appreciative of the work. Would highly recommend using them.

We had an emergency with our boiler, no heat and water everywhere, Justin called & arrived and fixed everything. He was awesome.

This company will not disappoint you. We had them do an oil to gas conversion. From quote to final install they were spot on. I had constant contact on the steps being taken and they never missed the timeline. They even brought in a hot water heater while we waited for the meter to be installed. Kyle did the initial install and kept everything neat and clean.

After a storm came through and knocked out the Boiler. I called at 7:30 and they had Kevin at my home at 9:30. He came in, did the diagnosis and had us up and running in no time.

I had a leak, and Bryan handled the situation with great expertise and courtesy. He was communicating eloquently and in detail about the issue and the process of solving it. He did an excellent job. Bryan went above and beyond. I am very appreciative. I used Evergreen in the past, and I am pleased with the service.

Late at night we had our furnace break down on us and it was very cold! We have a baby so were very concerned about her getting too cold. Justin came out late and helped us tremendously and was able to follow up the very next morning. He did a fantastic job and was friendly and informative! We would recommend and will continue using Evergreens services!

Please note that this poor review is not at all a reflection on the technicians. The technician I had was on time, very responsive and knowledgeable. He was quite thorough. However there is something very wrong with the accounting manager Maria. It's been 2 months of a nightmare trying to get her to refund me a total of $900 that was owed. I've been told the check was on its way (never came), I've been told there has been some fraudulent activity with the business and so all transactions have been stopped (hence why I can't be refunded). I've left several messages for Maria and when she does call back it's always just another empty promise of my refund. Looks like I may have to take some legal action.

Bryan was great in his assessment of our sink/faucet. Throughout the day, the office kept in touch with us on an estimated arrival time. When I made my initial call, I was helped and scheduled right away. I’m so glad to have a plumber company I can rely on for the future!
