Jacob Katz, who works for Evergreen Plumbing, is not just a master plumber, he is an artist. He installed a new Hi efficiency boiler for us with a water tank and replaced a very old system that had been there for over 30 years. He moved the whole system across the basement and set it up in a beautifully efficient and space saving way. He was expensive but I think his work is worth it. He also installed a sump pump for us and a water pressure booster. Both work perfectly. Jacob does not always explain everything in great detail but the work speaks for itself.

The Service/Install Technician Kyle is an absolute Journeyman of his Trade....Not only did he come out and fix my A/C problem but pointed out the previous installers lack of craftsmanship and installation work. He also made great recommendations with no peer pressure of up selling me on anything what so ever. Not only would I recommend Evergreen Services for your home needs this is one of 5 AC Companies I called and were able to get me an appointment 3 weeks earlier than the next competitor. Evergreen was very responsive to the requests and were prompt in providing timely updates on scheduled appointment. The technician Adam was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer questions, My HVAC was fixed earlier than expected and he ensured that all proper checks were made and also provided tips for maintaining the system well. Overall my experience was great and 5/5 will recommended to a friend.

My mom had these guys come to her house to replace her sink faucet (that she already bought) and said she needed two valves replaced. Tried to charged her $684. The gentleman Justin then said he would takeoff the $79 service charge For a discount. We declined the service because that is an outrageous price. And he left but he broke the valve that was there and now she has no hot water in her home. Never call this company!

Adam replaced my hot water heater today and was great. Such a nice guy and so knowledgeable. He keeps my home safe and warm for me and my son. Thank you Adam…

Justin was very Professional and very courteous. Found the issue quick as to why my heat was not working and went right out to get the part and fixed it. Highly recommend Evergreen.

My whole experience with Evergreen was amazing!! They answered the call on the 2nd ring at 8am managed to understand the babble that I was spewing and got my emergency service scheduled before 2. Kevin arrived early was professional and very personable. He managed to get it all fixed and up and running before dinner. Thank you so much for attending to my needs so quickly and courteously! And the best part...they didn't break the bank!! I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Evergreen Plumbing. They were clear, upfront, and helpful in their communication, and very professional. The quality of the work (replacing an older boiler) was excellent (they clearly take pride in what they do).

I contacted Evergreen on a whim after our AC stopped working. Their customer service is fantastic. They were timely, thorough, efficient and transparent with their recommendations and pricing. Highly recommend.

When I scheduled the service, I made clear over the phone I wanted a draft evaluation of my water heater, as was recommended by the RISE engineer. Evergreen was having a special for water heater evaluations of $79, and I was quoted this price over the phone.
I was given a window of 8 am to 12 pm for his arrival.
He didn’t make it here until 2 pm.
When the technician arrive, he was very slow in everything he did, going back to his truck several times for this or that small handheld device that he knew he would need from the beginning. Eventually he determined there was insufficient draft, recommended the whole system be replaced.
He attempted to charge me $265 based on the “hourly rate”, and then acted like he was doing me a favor when I insisted on the agreed upon price of $79.

Now I don’t have any confidence in his evaluation and whether anything can be done to address the inadequate drafting. I’ll probably end up paying someone else just to re-evaluate his work. If I need a new system, I definitely won’t be using Evergreen
