Called Evergreen to coordinate installing a new water heater for my parents. My parents were very satisfied with the service that was done. Treated my elderly parents with respect.

Estimator came to my property for a combi boiler quote. Charged twice what other companies would charge. Estimator was also extremely rude and charged an estimate fee that was never mentioned before. Estimator also told me that combi unit was 14,000 which is very hard to believe as these don’t exist

The main water pipe in the basement cracked and the water couldn't be shut off in the basement. The water company came and turned it off from the street, so I had to find a plumber right away to fix the problem.
I called at least 10 - 12 plumbers in my area, but either they didn't return my calls, said they weren't qualified to handle this type of problem, or they said they were too busy to come out.
When I called Evergreen there was actually a live person that took my call and he was very sympathetic to the situation I was experiencing.
When Haley called me back, I was thrilled. She told me they were sending Bryan, one of their specialists to my house and he'd be there within a couple of hours. It actually took less than two hours for him to get here.
Bryan couldn't have been nicer, more professional or caring about what was going on. He also had a good sense of humor which always helps in a situation like this. I trusted that he knew what he was doing right away.
He explained everything to me, including what the job would cost (I thought it would be so much more than what it was), and went about fixing what needed to be fixed. He was here most of the day and at one point stayed here until the water company came and turned the water back on to make sure everything worked properly.

Kevin was amazing, he was able to work around my crazy schedule and be able to come during regular business hours rather then after hours. The staff in the office was amazing with accommodating me as well. I will use Evergreen again, as long as Kevin is my technician. Thank you for getting my hot water back!

I had a new hot water heater installed by evergreen about two years ago. The pipe they installed has corroded and leaked onto the top of the hot water heater, rusting it. and their website seems to be down

The son's owner of this Company came out to give me a quote and when we were all done he said that he would send me the quote by Monday of the following week. I haven't heard from him in three weeks and when I call the Company they say they will have him call when he comes in the office that hasn't happen and it has been three days.
They have convinced me that I don't want to do business with them and will let my friends know to stay away from the also. They need to be investigated by the RI AG.
