I have requested the service for installing Water heater. They gave the quote of 3870$. I agreed and paid 1393$ initial deposit and 399 $ membership fees .On the day of service they didn't come to install it .When I called them , they told they can not install it and new charge will be 6500$. I asked them to return my money as charges were very high. After everyday follow-up , they didn't return my money and asked me to contact my credit card company. I am still waiting for my refund when I am writing this review.

Bryan was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the problem quickly and worked to repair the leak. He did not quite until the leak was properly repaired and even took the time to explain the issue to me. I would without question highly recommend Bryan and Evergreen Plumbing.

I used this company for my boilers servicing before and I had no issues. This time I requested they come and fix my mini split and the first thing they suggest Is for me to change it (which costs $6500 with them). I said no and I asked for repairs to be completed and they never provided me with written quotes and just quick chats in the phone with one of the technicians. He shows up in my house finally (waited for 2 weeks then he was 2 hours late the date of my appointment) and tells me the recharging of my unit plus whatever else he did was going to cost me double the price we've talked about. I disagreed and asked they never come back to my house because those were never quotes and prices presented to me before. My unit is still not working and I'm out $750 (the deposit amount they requested from me the first day they came) Let me add the technician was very rude and disrespectful and he got very loud with me. Dont ever use this company and always ask for written confirmations of everything they say and do. Really bad service, always late and very unresponsive. Worst experience I've ever had with a company like this one.

RUN AWAY!!!!! This Company came into my house to repair my central air conditioning in August.
They will harass you to buy their service contract, once you buy it good luck getting service.
They will Never!!! call you back.
When they came in to do the original repair they DAMAGED my home.
The guy they sent up into my attic put a line in wrong and I had a horrible leak.
The entire wall of my closet and part of the ceiling was totally destroyed.
They did admit it was their fault, it took them until the beginning of October to finally have a painter come into my home to assess the damage.
Once again absolutely NO customer follow up. I called the painter they sent to my house., the painter then let me know they were not calling him back either.
Well it is now October and I did not want to call my homeowners insurance I had wanted to give them a chance to make things right.
Obviously I have waited long enough. I am now calling my homeowners insurance and letting them
take care of replacing the dry wall, and the ceiling and doing the paint work.
WARNING please don’t let this horrible company into your home. I don’t want this nightmare to happen to another one of their customers.

Excellent company - moved into an older house and they've helped get all of the plumbing (including gas) optimized over time - new water heater, New basement sink with drain pump, new recessed washer /dryer access, fixed leaking showers and malfunctioning baseboard heating systems. On time and professional everytime. Recent plumbing inspection very helpful and informative with Bryan. Highly recommended.

Since January- my husband and I prepped our house to sell and bought a fixer upper. MANY different contractors have been used! My short review is prompt, professional, polite, FAST!

Evergreen was the third place I called and the first to have someone answer their phone! Points immediately. The woman on the phone was sweet and personable. Having an actual conversation with me and got all my information. I don’t need to have a personal conversation with someone setting up an appointment for me- but it definitely brings a human aspect to the process and it was lovely talking to someone not rushing me off the phone! Emails and texts were sent to let me know when my technician would arrive and the day of- a photo of the tech was sent!

Alex was polite, took the time to explain everything to me and then to my husband who was at work and wanted to be in the loop. He worked fast and really knew what he was doing! A side note- I have had many different people in and out doing different work on property and sometimes there is an uneasy feeling having a stranger in your home. Alex was really lovely to have.

In addendum to- it would’ve been nice to have an itemized bill detailing charges.

We had an issue with our heat on a Saturday - the day after the huge nor'easter 3/2/18 storm. Terrible time to have problems with heat! We had lost power the day before and by the next day our house was freezing. When the electricity finally was restored the next morning, we realized the heating system wasn't working properly. Ugh! Tried calling the original company that installed the system but no answer and no call back! Couldn't imagine having to wait until Monday or Tuesday for an appointment and then waiting for a part to be ordered. I did a search online and I found Evergreen. I called at 11am and spoke with Linda - who was so fantastic, professional and helpful. She was able to schedule me in that day. The service technician Roy came out to our house in by 2pm. He diagnosed a few problems quickly and happened to have the name brand Carrier part in his truck - all within an hour!! Heat comes up and I am thrilled! Would recommend these guys to everyone looking for a fast response with professional service at a fair and reasonable price. As a side note: my husband is very savvy when it comes to the cost of plumbing, parts, service etc.and he raved about them - very pleased! Thank you! Great job!

The repairman, Bryan, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He took the time to explain what had happened with the pipe to cause the leak and how it was going to be fixed. His level of professionalism was exceeded only by his friendliness and efficiency!

Bryan entered my house wearing a mask and put on shoe coverings to ensure total protection and cleanliness of his work environment. He was courteous and explained what areas of concern there were regarding my shower and toilet. I was totally satisfied with his work.

We had the ladies room bathroom toilet repaired. I was just a flipper and fill valve problem.
I felt it was a pricey for what they did.
