Very fast, friendly and knowledgable staff. Front office was great this morning listening about our problem and offering emergency service within a few hours. Kyle the professional and friendly service rep arrived within a few hours as promised, diagnosed the problem and had our heating system up and running before lunch. Thank you Kyle!

We used this company to clean out our dryer vents and they were great. The woman who booked my appointment was extremely friendly and helpful and Adam, the serviceman was very professional and nice to work with. I recommend this company.

Do not use this company! I’ve never had a worst experience with a company! The tech was rude, extremely condescending and unprofessional! He showed up for 3 min, told me I needed a new system (mine is only 2 yrs old), charged me $100+ and left.

This is New England. I’ve seen homes with 20 yr old boilers still get serviced, but my 2 yr Navien with rust (bc of the leak I was trying to get fixed) is unworkable? Even though it works, provides heat and hot water, he said the only option to fix the leak is to replace the whole system? No empathy, no options other than indirectly saying “you’re screwed”, and just walked off with my money. I feel robbed, still have a leak, and am back to square one.

Evergreen placed a new heating system, air conditioner, and water heater and we are extremely happy with their service. We’ve used them three times already and we will continue. We will be using them for others services in our home.

Justin came in and did his thing. Made me feel comfortable didn't pressure me into paying for anything. Explained what needed to be done and ways to be proactive about my boiler. Great service.

Adam was very informative and professional. He explained things about my system that I did not know, that is very helpful.

A service technician came to my home and said I needed to have my garbage disposal replaced. The quote he gave me was high and llaunsatisfactory. The service call charge went from being $109 to $259. He told me it was an emergency charge call. Person on the phone never said anything about that when I arranged the appointment. I decided to pay the $109 service charge and chalk. it up to a bad experience and never call this company again as technician had an attitude and kept changing the replacement price. Very frustrating experience. I gave review one star just to be able to write this review.

Jacob and Jake came and fixed and replaced pump for basement bathroom. Could not have asked for two more professional, hard-working, and pleasant man for the job! I would recommend them to everyone exclamation, and I will never use anybody else. Thank you thank you thank you

My boiler went out the night before Xmas eve and it was 10 degrees. Called the number and the woman had a service guy call me . When he did, he asked me 2 questions and told me he knew the problem and they didn’t have that part until Monday. I told him that part was already changed and then he said well if your oil company already worked on it, it’s a liability and I’m not going to come service you, then said good luck and hung up!! Completely rude and unprofessional!!! I will never call this company or recommend them to anyone!!
