We have two little kids and friends visiting from out of town in a couple days (with a baby). Our AC unit went out and it got up to 90 in the bedrooms. Robert came out same day I called and fit us in their schedule the next day. He’s stayed on top of our install and his crew was great. We will definitely use them again in the future!

I cannot express my sincere gratitude to Robert Coogan and crew! After getting the run around from several other companies, Robert mercifully took on our heating system and won! Others didn't even try, failed, or flat out quit. There is no quit in Robert. He used his professional network to perfection and we could not be happier. Please-Look no further for all you plumbing and heating needs. He is the Man!!

This Review is Long Overdue. I had a major problem with my heating system a little over a year ago. The very first, very cold night of winter, my heat didn’t work. I called them late at night and They came out first thing in the morning. It was by no means an easy job for them, but they stayed until the job was complete and took a Huge Worry off of my shoulders. My heating unit has worked EXCELLENT ever Since. I can’t say enough good things about his crew and their dedication to helping someone in need. I could NOT have asked for more. I HUGE THANK TO R.E. COOGAN for helping me out so quickly. I will never call Anyone else except for Robert Coogan for Any heating needs I ever have. They are the BEST, hands down, in RI. Thanks again Robert.

I highly recommend R.E. Coogan Heating Inc. - being a big customer service person - he will actually return calls immediately, get estimates w/options right away as well as discuss and listen to your needs. Robert and his crew were able to get the job done within a week of agreeing on the contract for a new oil burner and hot water heater. During that time I had a power outage and they stayed late on a Friday night - YES, a Friday night !!! to get the job done. It has been almost a year and when I had a loose wire, he responded right away and came the next day and made good on his warranty. You can't ask for anything more !!!

Very professional. Bobby is a very pleasant guy to work with and he’s very responsive any time of the day. They did an amazing job changing all the plumbing in my house and they left the place cleaner than they found it. My AC system failed suddenly and in a matter of 2 days Bobby and his team installed the system. They are very efficient and professional. Highly recommended

We had an emergency and they delivered with short notice and right before the holiday! I cannot say enough good things about Robert and his entire crew. No need to call anyone else! They are the best!

So my water heater started leaking water and we needed a new water heater right away. We wanted a tankless system this time instead of the tank. They were able to come the same day I called to remove the leaking water heater and then came first thing the following day to install the tankless system. Mr.Coogan called several times to check on things and let me know when his crew would arrive. The guys did an exceptional job installing the unit. It's such quality work, I was really impressed. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. Nothing but great things to say. I'll definitely be using R.E. Coogan Heating for all my future HVAC/plumbing needs. Really enjoying the tankless system as well.

Robert showed up the same day when I was without heat. Diagnosed the problem and had my house toasty in an hour. Documented what was done and had suggestions for future things to keep an eye on. Thumbs up!

I had three jobs that that were time sensitive. They not only scheduled the jobs to be done by the date needed but they even came in and did the work early. I was very impressed when the owner not only called me but came out to the property himself to meet me and touch base with his crew. Fantastic service!
