Signature HVAC

Needed new hardware installed on my shower. It's a bit of a challenge due to the 1950s tile, which is easy to break/crack and hard to replace. The price was reasonable, the work was completed cleanly, quickly, and without damage to surrounding tile.

I would use Signature again.

Ryan Boyle is a wonderful representative for Signature. I have just bought heat pumps for my two homes. He is interested in the customer's needs, intelligent, well-versed on your products, and polite! Couldn't ask for more! Thank you, Ryan!

As usual, Brian arrived right on schedule. He was focused and efficient in completing his annual service of our HVAC system and our Whole House Dehumidifier. We are very satisfied!

While I called Signature for service for one reason my service tech, Ryan, found another issue with my humidifier. The issue and the fix was not straightforward but to his credit he kept working until he figured it out. Now, I will have proper humidification for my home. Strong work and much appreciated.

Rachel did an awesome job. She was prompt and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything, made phone calls on my behalf in regards to additional services and was just a pleasure to work with.

Nate and the rest of the install team arrived on time and began promptly to remove the old system and begin to install the new heat pump. All the work was completed in a timely manner and all the old system was taken away. New system is great and can’t wait to start seeing the savings!!

Had a very good experience with Timothy Off/Signature Heating right from the start. Our old system was not very efficient compared to today’s systems and in need of significant repairs. The only way we could make it more efficient was to convert from an inefficient oil heater and heat pump to a significantly more efficient gas heater and more efficient heat pump. Dan Lippin, our project manager, was good to work with thru the quote process with multiple other dealers and various product manufacturers. We arrived at a price we felt was very competitive with very efficient equipment that qualified for significant tax credits and PECO rebates. The installation of the new equipment was handled by Nate Cooper and his team, with Dan checking in at various points to make sure everything was going as planned. It included the removal of all the old equipment (oil tank, oil burner, and old heat pump) and installation of the gas line, gas heater, heat pump, and any other necessary equipment. Throughout the two day process, they kept the both the inside and outside areas neat and clean, sweeping up when they left after the first day and again when they finished. The whole process was done seamlessly, timely, and with very professional results. They explained everything we needed to know about the operation of the system and the necessary routine maintenance and filter changes.
Would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for A/C or heating equipment.

As usual, technician showed up when they are supposed to. Brian was quick, courteous and professional. I look forward to seeing them for my next maintenance in 6 months.
