Dan was good and did a good job but not so happy that my heating system and air conditioner are failing!
Josh did a great job of selling me on a new heating and air conditioning system! Nathan and Stephano did a great job with installing the new system. All of these fellows were wonderful!

Ryan was able to correct an issue that was discovered after installation. He answered any questions I had in a professional manner. He also wore boot slippers without me even having to ask!

Tim Cullen was very professional and personable. Listened attentively about the visit issues. Let me know up front about the cost. I would definitely ask for him again when contacting Signature/Timothy Off Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

Doug Hill promptly came out to perform our annual AC maintenance.
He did a great job getting the system ready for the summer heat. He was very friendly, left no mess and gave some tips to insure that the unit operates at the best capacity. He was kind and professional.

Charles was at the house to service our AC units. He's been here multiple times over the years and always provides great work while clearly explaining issues/options in a manner that helps morons like me to understand them. We're grateful for Charles and the Len Sciuli/Signature team.

Signature and Tim Off have combined into one brand. Had our hot water heater replaced and the service and overall value is top notch. Just. Great experience from start to finish. Reliable, timely, professional and consistent. Thank you

Bruce reviewed our AC problem. Agreed easy but unsightly solution would not be acceptable. Discussed alternative solutions that could fit in attic and be drained through behind the walls. Will detail proposal and return with installer to discuss further. He gave us confidence that an acceptable solution is possible.

Joe was great! He explained the issue in a way that I could understand. He was patient as I explained the issue. Joe identified the issue after two other plumbers could not! He was very respectful and polite. I appreciate the fast service.

Did same day service on broken AC which most companies couldn’t. They ran ahead of schedule. Did a thorough diagnosis and gave me options for repair versus replacement 😊
