Signature HVAC

Signature HVAC always sends out well trained technicians. Charles Weiss serviced my AC unit today and explained all the test he ran. The AC unit is in great shape. I highly recommend Signature HVAC for new units and or maintenance.

Doug Hill was personable, prompt, efficient, and informative regarding availability services and products that would approve the efficiency and life of my system. He arrived for my appointment at the beginning of my designated time and completed the work within an hour or less. Overall a very good and pleasant experience for my first exposure to combined organization of Signature and TimothyOff.

Emergency fix for broken pipe. Turned up same day, on time. Fixed and looks much better than before. Friendly courteous service and knowledgeable advice about the issue.

We had a leak in our basement coming from our washing machine 2 floors above. We didn’t know where the leak was coming from but Joe was able to come to our house within an hour of our call. He was efficient, friendly, and completed the job quickly. He was informative, thorough and clean with his work. I would highly recommend him and will definitely request him for any future work we may need!

Charles was prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. He is professional and quite knowledgeable about A/C. He shared his expertise and thoroughly explained the issues that were found with our A/C system. We have much confidence in his assessments.

Jim Robinson of signature HVAC did a great job! He is knowledgeable and personable. Once our system reset, he spent the extra time to trace wiring and identify/repair potential causes of our intermittent outages.

Tim was on time, professional and courteous! Our garbage disposal broke/was leaking and he gave us various options on replacements and installed our new disposal very quickly. He also found a problem with our dishwasher drain that we didn’t even know about and fixed that as well. Will be using Signature for any future needs!
