Signature HVAC

I just had a brand new Trane AC central air conditioning system installed in my home. After getting numerous quotes, I decided on this company. Why? Mostly, because of their Sales Manager Bruce and their Project Manager Dan. They are very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole plan, purchase and install a breeze. The installers, Nate and Connor, did a outstanding job on the install, leaving the areas neat and clean. Both had attention to detail on the entire project. Len, another employee, fixed a minor electrical issue that arose
and was quickly resolved. The entire project, from start to finish,
was top-notch. Shout out to Bruce, Dan, Nate, Connor and Len for a first-rate AC experience! Thanks!

Brandon was very clean cut and professional. He was very thorough in explaining all the results and readings from his inspections. He offered options but there was definitely no hard sell to push me to move forward on anything. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and he came across as very trustworthy.

Josh from Signature is a very friendly and approachable person. He was on time, and I have been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and commitment. He took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Josh was patient and never rushed through the explanation process. My experience with Josh was exceptional.

I had a problem with my water heater, since they did the install 2 years ago I gave them the call. The representative on the phone gave me a time estimate and she was spot on. The repair man(Bill) was right on time. He got to work to address what was going on with the water heater. He gave me the rundown on what the problem was and he then got to fixing it. He was efficient with the repair. He was polite and professional. I had a great experience with Signature and would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again.

I've been with Timothy Off for years and have been COMPLETELY satisfied with the service, technicians and products I've gotten from them. So far the change to Signature HVAC has been the same. Our technician, Brandon, was fantastic - knowledgeable, professional, quick (emergency evening call!) and a Phillies fan so all good! Kidding aside, great company and if you're reading this considering using them for HVAC look no further and make the call.

Our service representative Ryan was very knowledgeable and respectful during his visit to our home. He completed his work efficiently and answered all of our questions, helping us feel comfortable and confident in the quality of work performed in our HVAC unit.

We noticed some black smoke coming out of our boiler chimney and got in touch with Signature HVAC customer service. They were incredibly helpful and scheduled an appointment for us on the same day. Before the technician arrived, they even told us his name, showed us his picture, and gave us some background information about him.

When Jim, the technician, came, he was right on time and acted very professionally while doing his job. He checked everything thoroughly and explained to us in detail what he needed to do. Even though it was already late, he worked hard on servicing and cleaning our system to make sure it was working properly. He was very careful and left everything clean and tidy.

I was a customer of Len Sciulli for my HVAC needs. They did a great job. Len sold his business to Signature. So I decided to give them a try. While at first I was a bit unhappy with Signature, Brad called me and we reviewed the scope of work they did in great detail. I now appreciate the comprehensive, thorough and detailed work they did. Charles the technician was outstanding!

This was our first time using Signature. We were very impressed with the quality of the service, the explanations given, and the professionalism of the fellow who cam to help us. He explained things so that we could understand, nothing was too much for him. We signed up for a yearly maintenance program at our request. This was not even mentioned by the technician! We also called the company and asked for Garrett to come back to our home for our next service in the fall. Thrilled with this company!

I have never had a more knowledgeable service person come out to help with my AC issues. Charles was patient, took the time to explain in layman terms what was going on, and the solutions he was implementing. I definitely will request him for future service appointments!
