This place has amazing customer service!! I called and they were super nice about my issues, and we scheduled right away. They came to my home professionally and fixed it up quickly and effectively. I’m very impressed by there works as I have called them multiple times. 100% recommend!!

I just have to say how thankful I am that they came to my rescue in the middle of the night when my heat went out on the coldest day of the year, at one in the morning, I called them for the first time after calling dozens of others.

Although I was outside of their normal service area, they immediately sent a technician.

He came out and quickly found the issue and was able to repair it for the evening until the parts came in. They returned the next day to finish the repair which was done very quickly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I look forward to getting my unit replaced later this summer!

Service was very good . Mr. Davis was very familiar with our needs. I called Mr. Davis on a weekend and he returned my call an actually came to my house assist my problem. Prices very reasonable and competitive to other company's.

Fast and professional service. I was told what the cost of repair would be upfront (price was extremely reasonable) along with the time it would take . Job was completed faster than I was told and when they were done their work everything was cleaned up and could not even tell they were even there..

Company was dispatched from my home warranty. I was extremely nervous after having a bad experience with a different company on my last request. However, R&J was great.
