Had my water heater spring a leak 4 days before my home was set to go on market. We had an appointment scheduled and a new water heater installed the very next day. Sam was great. Professional, no problem explaining things to me. I wish every service I get in the future goes as smoothly as this. Amanda in the office as well, very informed. Great experience.

I called Brewer this morning with my concern. Amanda arranged for Garrett to come over this afternoon to deal with my issue. He diagnosed and solved it within a short period of time.
We have been dealing with Brewer since we moved here in 1982. Our AC stopped on the 4th of July in 1983, and we picked Brewer out of the phone book. Although we were not a customer, they came out on the holiday and fixed our AC. We have been very satisfied customers for almost 40 years. Thank you!

Called Brewer’s for an A/C check up and PM. Garret was on time, professional and courteous. Amanda was thorough about following on my initial call, actually called me a second time before I was able call her back. When my furnace cracked and was deemed unsafe to use by another company, I quickly called around to several different companies to get quotes on a new system. I called Brewers and Tom came out right away and let me know he would send over quotes for different options on a new system. He promptly sent me an aggressive quote that was a few hundred dollars less expensive than other companies. When I called into the office, I spoke with Kajal. She was the sweetest and most helpful person throughout the very overwhelming process. She happily answered all my questions and I had a lot. Then, quickly got me on the schedule and were out with parts to my house to replace my furnace in less than a week. Cody and Brandon came to my house to do the install. They were right on time and got to work right away. They were friendly and easy to work with. They got the job in less time than I anticipated with no issues. Aaron then came out to test the new unit a little later and said I was good to go for my heat!! What an easy and as little-stress-as-possible process Brewers helped me through!! Thank you! I will be calling you guys again and referring you to my friends, family and clients.

Excellent value and really great folks. I had a heater replaced and was happy to get a quote from Brewer that saved me $$ vs the quote from another "popular" competitor in the area. The installation team (Cody and Brandon) were exceptional. They presented themselves well and had great attititudes. Both provided sound information about the new system and the "smart" thermostat. The front office team I was great as well. Very responsive and friendly. I will be using Brewer for all my HVAC needs.

In the past few years Brewers has installed two residential HVAC systems for me. Both times their entire organization has been outstanding. Brewers is a family business providing honesty, quality, and value. This week Cody, Marty, and Shane removed an old system from the attic and installed a complete new Carrier system in only two days despite very hot working conditions. In every case, each was polite, knowledgeable, and diligent. They kept my home very clean and eagerly answered all my questions. I will continue to use Brewers for my preventive maintenance and
service calls.

Within two weeks of the closing of the sale of our house the second floor loft air conditioner stopped cooling. I contacted Brewers Heating and Air who diagnosed the problem to be a leak of the r22 freon in this older AC unit. We decided the best course of action was to replace it but were under a tight timeline as the closing was only days away. Shane And Cody arrived in the morning as scheduled and did a great job. In the interaction I had with them I could see they were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They finished about 2pm, well ahead of schedule. Great job, Guys!!
