Ordered new units from Brewer as old ones failed start of the summer. Received free estimates promptly and were reasonable compared to some of the others in the area. Once order was placed, some following up was needed to secure an install date. The actual installation went very smoothly- 5 star to the installers Brandon, Shane and Cody. Great bunch of guys! Post installation warranty registration was promptly completed and paperwork sent via email. Overall, I would recommend this business for your HVAC needs.

My blower motor went on my 15 year-old heating/ac system. Brewer responded quickly and professionally, including an upfront quote. They even ordered a standby circuit board in case they discovered upon installation that the blown motor damaged the board (fortunately it did not). I am very happy with Brewer’s service and highly recommend them.

Brandon & Shane came out and installed a brand new AC Unit inside & outside today. They were both extremely professional and knowledgeable! They were even super nice while working in my apartment which was almost 85 degrees. I cannot say just how thankful I am for these two. Fantastic service! Although I shouldn't need help for a long time since they did such a great job, I will be sure to use Brewers again if the occasion should arise.

Brewers service is always professional and friendly. From the person who takes the service call to the technicians, everyone is friendly, helpful, and skilled. Sam Tawiah was the representative who repaired our leaky kitchen faucet today. He was on time, very friendly, and very professional. He had a great sense of humor and it was a delight to talk with him as he worked. He did the required job quickly and accurately. We are totally satisfied with our service today.

Chris and Jack were very pleasant and professional. They were able to solve the problem and the A/C seems to be working fine. I would recommend them and hope they will be my technicians whenever I need service.

New review on 6/24/22 - My A/C had to be replaced. Working with the office and technician Aaron was awesome. It was determined that the A/C had to be replaced on Thursday after Aaron made the diagnosis. He was able to obtain and unit and had it scheduled to be installed today. Aaron and Jack installed the unit today. They were efficient and answered all my questions along the way. They were professional and knowledgeable. I will now be a customer of Brewer whenever the need arises and will get on the bi-annual service agreement. Thank you for getting my A/C up and running before it gets very hot this weekend.

The air conditioner in our home stopped working; it was leaking water, the refrigerant liquid was very low and it was HOT outside. I called Brewer, spoke to Kajal, and one of their representatives, Jeremy, came out that day to check it. He advised me that they could replace the refrigerant or replace the unit. He also said he wanted Brewer's estimator, Tom to come out to verify and estimate costs. Tom came out the next day, checked things out and I had a recommendation and cost estimates.

Kajal said she would get us a portable air conditioner to cool the house, John delivered it that afternoon. Kajal had our AC
replacement scheduled for 24 hours later.

Cody and Shane came over first thing next morning to install the new unit. Congenial, polite, expert and communicative. They kept everything clean and did a super job!

We've been using Brewer for over a decade, my parents have used Brewer before that for a long time. Everyone knows the name Brewer all over, good quality business, they can handle a lot of different things within Brewer being in business so long with commercial and residential HVAC plumbing, and they can make something with metal I think. Chris was very thorough, very knowledgeable and very polite. Wore booties as well made it clean.

Chris and Jack came today to service our two air conditioning units, and I highly recommend them. They were professional, knowledgeable, on-time, and friendly. We recently moved into our home, and they walked us through the state of the units, things to watch for, and had an explanation and solution for our concerns. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend working with them.

Cody and Shane of Brewer did a great job installing our new Carrier Heat Pump / Air Conditioning unit. Lots of little extra details included to make sure this system lasts another 20 years (like my old Carrier system did)! I would highly recommend Brewer, .Cody and Shane.
