This company is absolutely amazing! We are so incredibly pleased with all their hard work and dedication. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Sean, his son, and the other worker( don’t remember his name) came to fix our 30 year HVAC unit. They were honest, fair and committed to doing all they could. They didn’t try to up sell or talk us into anything. We ended up getting a new unit because it made the most sense, but they honestly didn’t push anything. They really want their customers to be happy and comfortable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Trust me you will NEVER be sorry for having called them

Sean and Kyle were great! Very knowledgeable and explained why my system wasn’t running properly. I will definitely be using them for all future maintenance and repairs.

The technician Gregg came out with a part we thought was the issperiod if the more analysis it was decided that the bad part which was very expensive was not the issue so We decided to let the heater run and if it has issues again he will come out and run a fresh new set of diagnostics. They refunded the money for the part right away and I was very thankful that they just didn't put the part in any way very professional

Your representative was very knowledgeable, he made sure all my questions were answered, he then quickly and efficiently installed a new heating and air conditioning system, made sure all was working properly and went over all aspects of its operation with me, then he cleaned up the area , made it less cluttered then before, I would recommend your company and representative to everyone

I need two MORE stars than 5. These guys were THAT good. Exceptional customer service from the first phone call. Sean and John were here within the hour then diagnosed, explained and repaired our unit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for honest service and reasonable pricing. Seriously one of the best customer experiences I've had in awhile.

Aire Serv provided annual maintenance on my A/C system and as usual it was done professionally and completely.
After the maintenance was completed, I was told that my young 5 yr old unit needed cleaning. The work was estimated to take 3 hours and could be com;eted that same day as the effort was mostly manual labor, but the cost estimate was $720 which I felt was excessive and unreasonable since that related to paying the manual labor cost at over $200 per hr to do the job. Obviously, I rejected having the job done that day and don't expect to have Aire Serv do the process in the future.
