Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been customers of Brandywine Valley Heating and Air Conditioning for over 25 years. They have installed two heating and air conditioning systems for us and have provided twice yearly system maintenance through a maintenance agreement. We have also used them for repairs as needed. Every salesperson and technician we have encountered has been extremely responsive and professional. Office staff are friendly and go out of their way to schedule services promptly. Their communication concerning services is exceptional. Prices are competitive and reasonable. It is clear through our experiences with this company that they value providing quality products and services and train employees to make great customer service a priority.

My AC was not cooling. I called Brandywine based on their reviews. I explained the problem in detail to two people on phone. They told me the person need to come over and it will cost $109. He will identify the problem and give the estimate. On arrival the person tells that $109 is just the trip fee and it may cost me $200 to $300 to find the leak. I was surprised. If there was potential extra charge for leak detection, they should have at least mentioned it. They were not transparent to me and tricked me to pay more than twice. I have hired someone else to fix the issue. Do not want any surprises!
