Brandywine Valley does great work. They are always on time. Their technician, Chris, has been to my house twice for annual service. He is prompt and friendly and goes out of his way to make sure all the customer's needs are met.

Technician Joe came out to my house on a Sunday night to address a gas leak coming from my gas furnace. Joe spent 2 hours with us, meticulously getting to root cause, which was a newly installed exhaust/intake pipe cap on the outside of my house. Installed by a GC I had doing work on my house. Cap was the wrong size, allowing exhaust to be sucked back in thru the intake pipe.
Joe identified root cause, installed temporary solution to get us through the night until I coukd get GC out to correct the issue.

While they provide the average servicing of heating and ac units, be aware that they won’t even schedule you until you pay them on the phone IN FULL. They are also charging over the average for servicing oil heaters.

A terrific, local company that I am happy to use, year after year. Their technicians are courteous and efficient, and always take the time to explain the inner-workings of my HVAC system. Today’s technician, Dominic, represented his company extremely well.

After getting a quote from another company that had many "add-ons" with additional prices included we got a recommendation from a friend for Brandywine Valley Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and was able to get a quote same day with the work performed the next day. All the important "add-ons" the other company was charging me hundreds to do were included and done with no fanfare or additional charges. There were 2 safety issues in my home pointed out to me kindly and with no expectation that it was done to sell me anything. (One was simply the placement of a carbon monoxide detector so no attempt at sales.) The workers were respectful and kind and the office staff was polite and efficient on the phone. Highly recommend these guys!
