Great experience with this company for maintenance of my oil furnace. The technician Rick was great to work with, very knowledgeable, thorough and good communicator.

I sought out BVHVAC as I was looking for a specific Mitsubishi heat pump for my house. It wasn't an easy task to find a Diamond Dealer who wanted to even discuss the unit I wanted, but John Dunn at Brandywine was responsive and worked with me to get me what I wanted. The install team, Josh and Zach, were great. The install is clean, and they both were pleasant to talk to. I did have some concerns regarding the initial performance of the heat pump, relative to my older RVHVAC was nothing but courteous and demonstrated a willingness to make it right and stand by their product. It appears that the lack of returns within my house is to blame for some of my performance concerns, so I am still working with BVHVAC to deal with that, but I truly felt like my concerns were heard and I commend Bill Vanderslice for all his efforts to get my unit sorted out. I would use and recommend BVHVAC again.

This is a particularly thorough, professional, well run HVAC company that has knowledgeable detail-oriented technicians. They aren't the cheapest but they are absolutely worth the cost since they don't cut corners and provide a complete diagnostic evaluation of HVAC systems which can make all the difference in terms of efficiency and safety.

Technician (Dominic) was respectful, patient with all my questions, didn't try to sell me anything like many technicians from other companies have tried to do over the years. He was honest, professional and thorough. They're definitely pricier than other HVAC companies I've used, but they're well-worth it. I used them once for a service and 3 times already for annual maintenance. Some companies I've tried seem to first want to gain your trust then sell you something on subsequent visits. This hasn’t happened with Brandywine Valley.
