This was our first time using Wesley Wood Service and will not be my last. Steve and Matt are great representatives for this company. They were the real deal and knew their stuff. They assessed the issue and made the repairs with no problem. Not to mention their professionalism and politeness was an added bonus to the service… Great company, fast service, quality service, I couldn’t ask for more. Great job guys!

Austin and Steve did our maintenance for our Air conditioner. They were very thorough on explaining every step. Steve mentioned we needed to get a new water heater very soon. He went over pricing and was not pushy at all. We decided to go with getting a new water heater in which Dean installed. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly before he left. The experience was amazing! Thank you Wesley wood!

Matt Delay restored my faith in Wesley Wood! He worked several hours today to resolve problems with our new furnace/air conditioning units that were not cooling the house. Matt arrived prepared with replacement parts, as he was aware of some issues given an emergency technician’s stop last night. He was systematic in his own inspection and explained his findings in an easy-to-understand manner. He worked efficiently and effectively in getting the air-conditioning running.

Matt is pleasant and courteous. He impressed me as being very knowledgeable. With his 16+ years of experience, it is no wonder that the company considers him a “senior technician.” I have been pleased in using Wesley Wood service contracts for 30+years, but my recent installation experience made me wonder. Matt DeLay’s expertise renewed my confidence in Wesley Wood.

Matt replaced a 24 x 24 ceiling vent today that had fallen down. Even though Matt had to saw a 2X4 over his head in the opening so everything would fit well, he left no sawdust. Matt was pleasant, helpful, professional, and thorough. I know I can count on excellent service from Wesley Wood. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Derek P was the tech that came to my house. He was great and efficient with finding the source of the problem. He took the time, once job was done, to explain what happened and how to avoid farther problems down the road. I am very pleased with Wesley Woods and the tech they sent out!

The crew did a great job. On time, efficient, and very professional. Our unit failed on Tuesday, and the Wesley Wood team sprung into action. Had the job scoped out, and estimated in just 1 day, and had a crew here all day on Friday and got the complete install done. New A/C, New furnace, New thermostat. Awesome work!

Our technician Matt DeLay did a thorough inspection and added a more comprehensive humidity system. We wanted to additionally add capability to control heating and AC remotely; Matt also explained options and was able to complete the work in the same visit! We were impressed with his skill, knowledge, great attitude and he was meticulous in his clean-up from work done. He took extra time to ensure we knew how to set up and run new options.
