Matt came out this afternoon as I mistakenly thought my humidifier was leaking. After listening to my concern Matt kindly explained that what I was hearing indicates that the system is working the way that it should. He then showed me on the humidifier exactly what was happening. Although I felt foolish for having him come out for this, not once did he make me feel bad for that. I truly appreciated his professionalism in what was an embarrassing moment for me.
