Brewer Heating & Air Conditioning

For over 15 years both Commercially at my place of employment, and at home, Brewer's has always given the best service for our Heating and Cooling needs. They go out of their way to help their community and I appreciate the hometown service. Recently when my oil furnace stopped working the office found a tech to see if they could come out that day to diagnose and fix my furnace. Suffice it to say when it's 35 degrees outside time is of the essence. About 30 minutes after my call Chris made a point of reaching out and scheduling to come out later that day. As it turned out he was closer than he thought and was out within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and although he didn’t have the parts he went to the supply house and was able to get my furnace up and running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Brewer’s for your new system installs and any ongoing service needs. ***** (Five Stars)

My neighbor recommended Brewer to install a HVAC humidifier. The office staff is very well organized and personable. Cody, the lead technician, was very professional and explained everything after the install. I am very happy that I chose Brewer and will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Brewer HVAC is a top notch, full service HVAC company. Our furnace heat exchanger was failing and one call to Brewer the problem was diagnosed and within 24 hours we were presented with 4 options including repair/replacement of the heat exchanger. We opted to replace the furnace. Tom Brewer stopped by the next morning to take some measurements and three days later the Brewer crew, led by John, showed up to remove the old Carrier and install the new Payne gas furnace.
Professional, polite, respectful of property and hard working. Brewer HVAC is a top notch, squared away outfit.
Everyone from the owner, the office staff and certainly the technicians/mechanics are true professionals.
Glad I found them and highly recommend them.

My dad and mom don't have internet, but asked me to write this review for Brewer, who they've been using for like 20 years. Cody came out right away and fixed their heater, got it working in 10 degree weather. Fantastic respectful most well mannered. Like one of the family.

I switched to a Delaware HVAC company to do annual boiler maintenance service this year because my current contractor raised service fee. The Delaware company told me my boiler was not cleaned properly before, and I need to replace the expansion tank and two valve assembly for over $1,600. My oil boiler is 13 years old and I almost ready to order the job then decided to get a second opinion.
Owner Paul answered the call and came to my house the same day to offer his professional advice. First, he told us the repair job is not necessary. And his price for for that quoted job would be $1,000. And the best part is he did not even charge us the inspection visit. It is hard to find a business with value service and integrity nowadays. I will stay with Brew from now on.
