I found Sta So Cool on the Angi app, and Gino responded immediately. Within a week, he assessed the HVAC system in my 1910 Victorian house and gave me a reasonable quote without over-selling me on upgrades that my house wouldn’t absolutely need to be energy efficient and comfortable up to the 3rd floor.

That being said, he uses quality materials and brands, and I chose to add the WiFi accessible thermostat on my own. Honestly, for a Rheem 95% efficient furnace + AC, it wouldn’t even make sense for me to buy one on my own and pay someone just to install it, when I get a 10 year warranty through Gino. He even replaced a leaking copper pipe in my basement while they were doing the AC installation.

If you’re going to make a big investment in something like HVAC, you don’t just want a nice system- you want someone who can help you when things go wrong. Invest in your contractor.

They did a great job. They installed a new furnace and ac, fixed some old ducts that didn’t get enough airflow, and installed new vents in our finished basement. The house is noticeably more comfortable than before.

Gino is a perfect combination of old world craftsmanship and modern technology. He came out to look at my aging boiler and gave me some options. He offered expert advice but was unbiased in terms of what was easiest and most profitable for him. So refreshing in our current service environment of being long on marketing and short on skill. Thank you Gino for doing such a great job, being so thorough and following up to see if everything was OK.

Great Service. After Hot water tank broke, I called them based on their great reviews. Spoke with the owner and he had it replaced that afternoon. Tyler replaced the tank and he was great to work with as well.

Arrived home Saturday afternoon to find AC not running. After checking a few things I quickly realized there was a problem that required a professional. It was around 2:30 pm when I reached out to Sta So Cool. Even though their schedule was full, they managed to squeeze me in. It turned out that our AC would not be a quick fix and parts had to be ordered and picked up. Their service is so good. They found the part on Saturday evening and picked it up Sunday morning and had the job completed by 1:00 pm.
The owner even followed up later Sunday to make sure the home was cooling down. Very thoughtful!

Gino is the best. Full HVAC install , absolutely beautiful work , righteous price , great communication… very clear at every step. Truly professional. Highest of recommendations !

Our heat went out in the house, and I requested someone to fix it via the Home Advisor app. Once I got home from work, I called them and they came out to the house in less than an hour. Jon immediately diagnosed the problem and came back the next day with the part to fix it, as whatever shop they use was closed for the night (and were nice enough to save us the money of not having to open the shop by coming back the next day). They were awesome to deal with, very attentive and knowledgeable, very communicative, and just all around great to deal with. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC repairs that we may need.

Gino is great. The craftsmanship is super and he is easy to work with. He actually listens and works to get the best solution for you. An honest contractor that works hard. A rarity these days! I recommend him highly!
