Pnp Heating & Air Conditioning

We had such a frustrating morning with our home warranty company. Micheal just about made our day! He made time to come to our home within a half-hour of reaching out to him, walked us through everything that could have been causing our issue and gave us a myriad of maintenance tips to help keep our systems in good shape. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful! just couldn't thank him enough for taking time for us so last minute.

PNP installed HVAC in my newly built house by DRB Homes in Beaver, PA. First of all the flex ductwork runs were sagging and supported very sloppy. This causes friction and lessens the airflow. PNP did not install my furnace the recommended 4" clearance off the basement floor so if my basement would take on any water my furnace will be sitting in it. PNP did not install a trap and cleanout on plumbing for the AC coil. This will shorten the life of the unit. The coolant line from the AC unit had 3 leaks and coolant was all over my new basement floor. My concrete is now stained. Coolant is also inside the furnace air filter housing. These leaks tell me they probably never pressure tested the line nor put a vacuum on the line to take out any moisture. The technician tracked coolant up my carpeted stairs staining them also. We had no heat the first night here and had to get the thermostat replaced. PNP also installed our stove top vent that goes to the outside. The technician used flex ductwork wich is a code violation because it is a fire hazard. They installed a cheap dented up tin vent cover and didnt even weather seal it. Very poor worksmanship and no respect for the homeowners property. l would not recommend this company after this horrible new install.
