    Last week my furnace fan was very loud on Thanksgiving day and so I submitted a request expecting to be contacted the next week. I received a call a few hours later and scheduled Paul to come take a look. I purchased a new furnace at a good price and they came a week later and installed the furnace in 2.5 hours (Bob and Matthew). Professional the whole way through and couldn’t be happier.

    Mr. Betlyn and his team are first rate. So happy to be able to support a home town business owner and his employees. Service was fast (same day!) and affordable. You don't find that level of professionalism with other major HVAC companies in my experience.

    Our furnace blower stopped working and we received some estimates from different companies. When Paul came to look at everything he was very knowledgeable. He knew his stuff!! He gave us his estimate and we made the deal. He also came back that night and brought us heaters because it was going to get cold. His guys came the next morning and installed our furnace. We also got a new AC because ours was really old. They were done in two days and did a fantastic job. The guys were friendly and courteous. Can’t say enough about this company!! Thank you Betlyns!!

    Solid company with always very nice guys. I’ve used them for over a decade in two houses and they have the same staff of the same nice guys who always do the Job right.

    Prices are also very fair. Never the cheapest but certainly far from the most expensive.

    You get what you pay for with these guys and it’s solid work.

    They even worked with a home warranty I had and helped me to get the home warranty to actually pay up.

    Paul and I had a misunderstanding initially about his services. I called him out to quote me for a new furnace installation, which I understood to be a free consult. His technician essentially plugged in my furnace and switched it on then charged me $120 after telling me it still works... I can say without hesitation that Paul is the consummate professional after my experience interacting with him and his company. He listened to my situation, heard my side of the story, expressed his condolences that there was a misunderstanding, and offered me a full refund for the misunderstanding.

    We were able to work out our disagreement without issue and I will absolutely be returning to use his services in the future. I would recommend his company to anyone and everyone. My old furnace still works -- Paul 's technician did not use aggressive sales tactics or fear mongering to pressure me into a new furnace which is why I will definitely be choosing his company when I need a new furnace in the future. He expressed genuine care about his customer's well being and completely understood where I was coming from when I expressed my concerns to him. His technician was a genuinely nice guy, too.

    I was initially distraught and dismayed by what I considered to be a steep fee that came out of left field for what I thought was a free consultation, but Paul worked it out like a 5 star professional and I look forward to working with him again soon.

    I live in Florida and will never need your company's services, but be assured that if I lived in your area, you would be the first I would call for cooling/heating service (and not because I expect a discount of any kind).
