Great company to work with. Very professional and timely, there was no pressure during the sale and were even super quick about an installation date. Smooth service and quality products, will definitely use them again.

Have been with McCormick heating and air conditioning for maintenance many years. Just had new HVAC system installed. They are reliable, professional, courteous, and extend great value to their customers for their services and products. Recommend them highly.

McCormick got my furnace motor replaced within three hours and most of the time was getting the part after diagnostics. I’m now saving up to work with them again on updating/upgrading my hvac system because the service was immaculate.

So thankful to have found a great company to install a new HVAC system. After pricing comparable units with other companies, they offered the best price, great warranty, and excellent service. Some things I was most impressed with:

1. Professionalism and knowledge of the HVAC technicians: Dan seemed honest, forthright, and genuinely interested in getting the best fit for our home.
2. Automatic notifications and communication: auto reminders to alert you when your appointment is and then again when service technicians are on their way.
3. Follow up from the company: office staff is always so friendly and does a great job following up after service is done. We just finished our complimentary 1year checkup after install thanks to the reminder that was provided. 1 year in and the system is still performing top notch— we have been very happy with the upgraded system.

Another note: we had purchased a smart thermostat (not through McCormicks) and they were happy to set that up with the initial system. It’s been a helpful way to track overall system performance.

Overall: great product, great service, highly recommend this company!

Scheduling the appointment was easy - the lady was very friendly and helpful. Their technician (Robert) was also very friendly and answered all our HVAC questions. We needed a new AC capacitor, and he had us back up and running in no time. Thank you for the prompt service!

My wife and I have been homeowners for 30+ years and have never been as impressed with a company as we have been with McCormicks. Replacing a furnace and air conditioner with confidence in your choices can be challenging; the decisions have long-term consequences, the products are not things you buy more than a few times in your life, quality of the product itself -- and especially the installation -- is critical. We evaluated a number of companies and brands, and McCormicks stood out by far in terms of responsiveness, evaluating options for our home, providing a clear proposal, answering questions, scheduling and completing the work, and overall value. Working with Dan, Jon, Meghan and the entire crew was a true pleasure. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in hiring them and, with the job complete, we are certain that we made a great decision.

I hired these guys to do a full furnace, ac, and duct run in a new apartment. After a bad experience with a different company in another apartment, working with McCormicks was great. They gave a great price and the quality of work was a lot better than our last guys. They'll be doing all of my heating and cooling installs for now on. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews but this is well deserved and long overdue. This is the best Heating and Cooling company I have ever dealt with. Last winter, our furnace kept blowing cold air every now and then making it hard to heat the house. Our home warranty insurance had sent 2 other companies before McCormicks and they could not figure out what was wrong with our furnace.The guy from the second company even lied to the insurance that he had fixed our system and declined to come back when we reported the same problem the next day. Then came McCormicks. Within a couple of hours, they had an accurate diagnosis and advocated for us to get supplemental heat while they waited for our insurance to buy the equipment they needed to solve our problem. When the equipment arrived, they came the following day and they fixed everything within a couple of ours. We had the warmest winter ever. Last week we notified them that we had an issue with our AC. Today, they came in right on time and fixed the problem within no time. I must give a lot of credit to their employer. The workers look genuinely happy and seem to enjoy their work. I highly recommend this very worthy business.

We recently had a 21 year old heating and cooling system that was having issues and needed to be replaced. We contact McCormicks to get a quote. As part of the quote they went through in detail all the options, type of systems, benefits of each system, evaluating the size of our home and what made the most sense for size, functions and cost.

After making the selection of products we planned a date for the work to be done. Their team was right on time the day of the work, came in and installed the system flawlessly. After completing all the working and doing their testing they took the time to take me through in detail the system and how everything worked. When they finished I felt totally comfortable with all the functionality of the system.

While they were doing the install I had discussed that their was an issue with heating and cooling of our finished basement. During the install they took the time to add two new registers in the basement and now everything is cooling and heating perfectly.

We have had three follow-up calls to ensure that everything is running perfectly since the install. They also asked me if I had any questions on the system since the install.

From this experience I would not go anywhere else. Their customer service, professionalism and expertise is far better than any other company I have used in the past. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Pricing was reasonable, warranty of the system is one of the best in the industry.
