What a coincidence the only other rating is from the owner. Allow me to tell how this place is actually ran. Called two months ago to get a service call out to my home for heater repair. Quoted a price on the phone for basic serivce/repair. Bill was almost three times that before he tried to leave. When you try to call them back, they will never be there. Avoid like the plague!!

McCormicks has consistently given us the best service, and today was no exception. Professional, courteous, on time, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Always on time, thorough, and reasonable. Installed new water heater, furnace, and AC compressor with no issues. Walked through the entire process, benefits, caveats, etc. Fantastic working with this company.
