STA SO COOL HVAC

I called for an appointment about two months ago and Gino indicated that he could come the next day. The next day he called and said that his child was ill and he could not make it. We scheduled another day. He called that day and indicated that he had an emergency job somewhere and that he would call me back to reschedule. He never called me back. I will never use this service again. Very unsatisfied.

Gino and his crew came to my first home and took care of 4 years neglected maintenance including replacing rusted gas lines, cleaning and reinstalling filters, and even caught a capacitor on my furnace that was starting to go bad. They were on time, worked quickly, explained well what they did, and prevented a furnace problem before it happened. 5/5 would recommend and will be hiring again for yearly maintenance

Gino and his Sta So Cool team provide exceptional service. Very responsive, will to answer my thousands of questions with great detail, no pressure sales, and explains all options. The Sta So Cool team installed a new furnace, AC, humidifier, air filter and air cleaner. They were on time, professional, curteous, and left the area spotless. Gino even flowed up the next day to verify we wwrw satisfied, ans informed us he would return at the change of seasons to again verify we were satisfied with our new AC.

I can't recommend them enough. My furnace died at 7pm December 23rd and sta so cool was here Christmas eve morning and had a new furnace installed and the heat back on in a few hours. Even with the emergency call they gave a fair price and were very professional the entire time

I cannot recommend this company enough! I have to say this was the most pleasant and stress-free business transaction regarding home improvement I’ve ever had! So rare. Gino and his team are excellent to work with. Straight to the point, so helpful and don’t mess around! I think they work 24/7 nonstop just to ensure everyone is comfortable in their own home. My AC took its last breath right before this heatwave and I am up and running with a brand new unit installed like I never skipped a beat. DEFINITELY give Gino a call. Sta is very reliable and cares about the work they do. Had some bad compressors on a HVAC unit and STA So Cool replaced them both out for a very good price. Also came across some other problems that needed to be taken care of asap!.I would gladly recommend this company to anyone.

Gino and team are unbelievable. Our furnace failed during the coldest days of winter and they were able to get a new until installed the very next day for a exceptionally fair price. They did offer us several options before replacement, but we made the decision to replace the 18+ year old unit. At no point did anybody on the team try to force us down the more expensive route which I have seen from other vendors. Everybody we dealt with was so kind and caring. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
