STA SO COOL HVAC

I've worked with a lot of contractors and usually, I feel happy to just get the job done correctly. But in this case, it went far beyond that. They were on time. They told me a price and that was the price. They knew what they were doing. And the work was excellent. I don't think this will happen, but if there are any problems, I'm sure that they would just be a phone call away. An excellent experience.

Geno was able to quickly diagnose why my heat pump wasn’t cooling. It was icing up so he recommended we power it down for a few hours to let it thaw, and he followed up to make sure it worked. Even better he didn’t charge us since he lives in our neighborhood and was on his way home!

We had a complicated remodel on an old home. Gino had good ideas, put together a comprehensive plan, showed up when promised, and completed on schedule. STA SO COOL cleaned up at the end of every day, and the guys are all competent with tidy trucks and tidy tools. Traditional ductwork looks like an art exhibit when done. Communication was great, attitude was great and the team are true craftsmen and take pride in their work. A very pleasant experience in all regards.

Our furnace stopped working last evening unexpectedly. After a bit of a panic due to it being Friday evening, we found Sta So Cool via an on-line search and were very lucky to have Gino available to help us. He was understanding, honest, and professional. He assessed the situation and explained everything to us. He was able to correct our problem and get our heat back on within a very short time. I can’t recommend Gino at Sta So Cool enough! I had an air conditioning problem and he was able to fix it the same day I called. He was happy to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had about the work. Gino with STA So Cool was quick to respond and provided instant, helpful information for us over the phone to help us fix what could have been an expensive problem with our air conditioner. He was willing to make time to squeeze us in on a busy day to stop and look at the problem. We know our unit is old and will be calling again when it's time for repair or replacement!

I cant possibly recommend Gino and his team enough. Not only did STA SO COOL underbid two local companies by a significant amount but it was for the same equipment and they threw in an air purifier for free. Then the STA SO COOL team showed up and replaced both the furnace and AC in one day!

I wouldnt even consider using any company for my HVAC needs after this.
