STA SO COOL HVAC

Went with STA SO COOL for my central air install. The whole experience was very professional and exceptionally prompt. From quote to install, the whole job was done in under a week. The actual install portion was only one day. They built a new housing for the blower, installed the unit and all of the lines, and hooked me up with a smart thermostat -- all in a day. And after this brutally hot summer, the thing still works absolutely perfectly. It really does seem like they use very high quality equipment.

I was quoted for an AC unit from multiple other companies and none of the others went through their process of quoting or why they recommended certain model units. STA SO COOL not only did that, but worked personally with me to make sure the whole process was accommodating to my family's schedule. Gino personally contacted me to ensure everything was in order. Very happy with the service and have recommended it others as well.

I had a great experience with STA SO COOL. My capacitor blew up on my AC unit. I called STA SO COOL and someone came to replace the capacitor within 30 minutes of my initial call. Gino was great! Thank you for the prompt and professional service.

I have found this company to be on-time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I have used them for several jobs from minor repairs to whole system replacements and have never had a problem.

If you happen to have an oil fired boiler heating your home and you need it serviced. Then I would recommend that you give Sta So Cool HVAC the opportunity to handle your service needs. It was so hard to find someone with the knowledge, experience and equipment to properly service our boiler. Every company I called for help basically told us to keep looking. But when a friend told us to call Sta So Cool, Gino answered and told me that he'll be over that same day. When he showed up later that day he did everything he could to try to get our boiler operating again. Unfortunately we needed a rare part that took 2 days to be delivered. Which of coarse was no fault of theirs. But the day that part was delivered, he was over during after hours installing it. He made sure we weren't left hanging without heat any longer than we already have been. If you know anything about an oil fired boiler you'll know how touchy and how precise they need to be set up to operate efficiently and safely. I was very impressed with Gino's ability and professionalism that it was a no brainer to get on a yearly maintenance schedule with Sta So Cool to keep our boiler operating at its very best. I was also very surprised of how fair and competitive their fees are. I was expecting our bill to be at least a couple hundred dollars more than it was. Even if you don't have a boiler I can assure you that you'll be in good hands with the guys at Sta So Cool HVAC. I am a true satisfied customer and I was NOT paid, bribed or forced to write this review!

My furnace was not working at all and they came in a timely manner and were able to get my furnace up and running that same day. They were very professional, friendly, explained exactly what was wrong and what was needed to have it fixed at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing hvac or a/c repair.

The best HVAC team out there! They came in & worked promptly on the new hot water tank / furnace system and they even replaced an adapter on my stove as I had a small leak. They are very thorough with their job. They’ve been my main HVAC for 2 years and I HIGHLY recommend them!
