STA SO COOL HVAC

I called Sta So Cool after my furnace started making very loud noises when running. I had already had one company out to look at it it, but wasn’t completely sure about them. Sta So Cool was extremely responsive - he had a quote to me within a half hour and came out to repair my furnace the very next day after we decided to repair it instead of replace the entire system. The technician was on time, was very friendly, and my furnace is now running quietly so I would say he he did a great job. Not only did they provide great service but they were well under the price quoted to me by another company. We will definitely call them again for anything we need. Thank you!!

I had an issue with the pilot light on a furnace I was not familiar with recently. We had High CO2 levels in the past home I was renting, so I wanted to make sure the furnace was safe for my family. Gino had a Very Quick and Professional response to come check everything out, even during the busy season! Highly recommend!

Gino came out and gave us an estimate and was very genuine and up front about the work that needed done, we knew he was our guy. Him and Shane completed the upgrade of our furnace/ac today and we couldn’t be happier. They were on time, worked all day, and got the job done neat and cleaned up when finished. All for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to do business with them.

I called and talked to Gino about an issue we were having with our air conditioner. He fit us into an already busy schedule, showed up on time and took care of our issue.He was very professional and was not pushy about any repairs or replacing the unit. He explained what was causing the issue and gave us tips on things we could do to make the ac unit not have to work so hard. I will highly recommend Sta So Cool HVAC to friends and family.

I’ve been having trouble with 2 separate issues with my furnace and ac unit. (One existing and one new one) My heat stopped working completely on Wednesday 10/27. I called and spoke with Gino that day mid morning , he sent his Co-worker Tyler out to my Hair Salon the same afternoon. He arrived to confirm the issues I was having. He effectively diagnosed the problem gave me options to resolve the issues, and ordered what I needed. He came back the next day (today 10/28) and fixed both problems.
